The cheesesteak sub was absolutely delicious.
The only downfall I had was my bill. I don’t think that stub alone was worth what I paid but I didn’t get to see that until I got into my car and it just was not feasible to drag my oxygen back in to argue.
My sister and I ate and we had separate bills. I ordered a 6-in cheese steak sub and an onion ring.
My sister ordered the same thing but the nice waiter came out to tell us they only have one onion ring left so the cook gave us a free fry each and brought the onion ring out that my sister was charged for.
The surprise came with my bill. I asked for a receipt after paying with a debit card and the waiter told me that the machine he was using would not give me a receipt so I said that’s okay I’ll look online. The total what’s $23 for a 6-in sub it was not an itemized bill, that fry was supposed to be free and my sister paid for the onion ring we shared.
I also left a $5 tip on the table as we did have a very nice waiter who was very attentive to us if not a little over atentative as we were the only ones there but we are a great-grandmothers so…. Talking about your kids it’s fine with us ❤️
That sub was only $12.50 so that was a little overboard. So basically I paid a total of $27 out of pocket and I don’t care how much Virginia and town taxes are
I would return to eat there if I’m ever that way again but I would definitely pay pretty darn close attention to my bill.

I took my family to try out the Italian Garden and it is a very nice restaurant. Very pleasant atmosphere and good service. Everything we ordered was very delicious and well made. The waitress, owner, and chef was very nice to us and made sure everything was good. Our food arrived promptly and we had great service throughout. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed. It was a very pleasant experience and wonderful food. My family and I wanted to share a top review for these folks and support their nice new restaurant.

This was our first time at Italian Garden, their new place looks great. The seating was comfortable and the place was clean. We wanted to try their pizza and omg this is the best Pizza in Wytheville to us. I ordered a small Super supreme and Mo ordered a Greek. They were both great. The crust tasted like pizza crust not cardboard like the chains. The toppings were fresh and the cheese perfect. A small pizza gives us lunch and dinner at a great price. The service was really good and on point. He was right there when we needed him but not overbearing. We will be back and let our guests know what we think about this place.

Stromboli was delicious and filling. -3.5 stars just for this dish.
The soup was really underwhelming needs a lot of improvement. In terms of flavor, consistency, ingredients. I could literally count how many peas, pastas and olives were in my soup. It just tasted like a tomato paste out of the can very very very bland. Not even worth $5 though it’s served in a 16oz take away box. Had to add some blackpepper for little flavor (check image)
Beef Gyro salad was just about fine. Not really impressed !!

Found this gem on our long drive south. Not too far off the highway, so it makes for a quick and easy stop and was really tasty and authentic. Pictured is the deluxe Stromboli but we also enjoyed their bacon& cheese fries and the chicken parmesan. Really yummy ranch dressing to dip it all in too. Didn’t ask but I bet the bread for rolls is homemade. Did not disappoint.

My family ordered from this place it was very quick and the lady was very nice and I got a “crispy chicken Alfredo”. The sauce was basically milk had no flavor whatsoever the pasta was overcooked and I could barely pick it up with a fork the chicken was ehhh. The breading was soggy but the flavor was ok. I also ordered it with broccoli I almost thought it was parsley because of how little amount of broccoli there was, would not recommend.

Good local place for pizza and pasta. We had the beef manicotti and the pesto pizza. The pesto pizza had chicken, red peppers, and artichokes. The pesto sauce was really good and I really enjoyed the pizza. The manicotti was good but a little bland – we wished it had Italian sausage mixed with the beef – but it was still good.
We were just passing thru town and this was our first visit. We would visit again next time as are around the area.

I was on a road trip with my friend and we decided to stop in here, and the food is AWESOME. We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and the sampler basket. Everything was fresh, the peppers were great, and our waitress was extremely friendly! If we come back through here again, we know where our money will be going!!

Save yourself some money… While staying at the KOA it was recommended for good delivery near us. At a little over an hour I called to check in and the guy was short and said she already left and should be there any minute. 25 minutes later she arrived with COLD food. The garlic knots were literally cold. The pasta was barely even warm in the center of the pan, had to put on a plate to warm up. Sauce was chunky and had no flavor or seasoning. My husband’s spicy chicken and shrimp fettuccine had zero spice and only 3 shrimp. Waste of $50! I would have gave it a zero but I had to give a star to leave a review.
