Trying to figure out why my latte orders kept coming out three-quarter cups turns out it’s the way it’s made the guy at the front working. The cashier was great with his detailed explanation of how it’s made. It makes sense that that is why it has occurred a few times just by accident great location good staff.

I went to this location on nov 7 which was the day after the winter menu and merch started. I was surprised to find quite a few of the water bottles that I had wanted to purchase. I grabbed one and ordered three food items and one drink. I told the amazing barista Liam that u wanted to use my rewards for the cup and card to pay for the rest. He said after scanning my account that I had enough rewards to also cover one food item and my drink if I wanted. My total went from $50 to under $20 because he took the liberty to check if I had any extra rewards. Thank you to all the staff at this location and especially Liam.

One of the nicer starbucks. Good parking and a drive through, which is like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow of coffee. Staff is polite and helpful. I always use my online app to order and pick up at the drive through for convenience when i am on the go. Nice that the menu is always changing up to give variety. The app also offers points that earn free rewards, drinks, treats.

I’ve been to some Starbucks in cities, and enjoyed the kick back and relax feel. Some local Starbucks I’ve visited locally seem to be just put there for its name.
This is one of those great kick-back-and-relax Starbucks.
I love it’s design that feels like your in the district of a city where cafes dominate and pull you away for a little while.
The coffee and food is your typical Starbucks menu. Great cheese danish, and caramel macchiato was awesome.
The best of this particular store is its service. They are cheerful and love to work together. This is a new store, so some are still learning. But to keep a positive attitude during your beginning months is tricky. They pull it off easily.
It will take a little time for them to develop drive-thru window mechanics, but they are doing pretty good at this point already.
The lobby is clean and looks like they keep it maintained very well.
Manager works really hard and stays by each employees side when they need it, while getting her work done. And seems to it so effortlessly.
Normally I don’t give retail chains 5 stars, and I’m not a big fan of Starbucks since I see them all over the world when I travel, ruining the feel of being somewhere else, especially in Asian countries. But this store is great, and I will be returning, and recommending others. It may be retail, but it has its own spirit.
Oh, and I wish they made the lobby a little bigger. It’s good, just Middletown does have a coffee culture that needs more attention.

BUYER BEWARE. Not clean. There was dirt/grit in the bottom of my cup, and also in my husbands drink. This was 100% dirt or sand, not coffee grounds. Will not be going back…
