This Wendy’s was overall a decent experience. My burger was too hot and was sorta dry. The fries were the best part. The frost was good as always. Service was sorta was to expect… not too disappointed because I knew what I was getting myself into. Didn’t blow me away with anything.

place is disgusting looks like it hasn’t been mopped, stepped or cleaned in a week. Nothing is restocked, was given small cups instead of medium, older lady working here doesn’t listen, is very rude, gets orders wrong, ignores my grandmother after asking for something, everyone is rude. food takes forever to be out. No tables wiped.

I ordered the chicken sandwiches, the chichen didn’t tasted like chicken. They hard and tough like rubber sandals. Never ate this bad. Either the chichen was in the freezer for too long or something else. I don’t know what that was. It tasted not like chicken meat. I couldn’t finish them and threw them away. I am afraid of coming back.

I just had the worst experience possible at the Wendy’s in Quakertown. I went through the drive-thru all the person said was Wendy’s. I gave my order and they said sauce and I answered them. He said drink and I told him what I wanted. There was no welcome to Wendy’s there was no hello. There was no thank you. There was nothing. When I got to the window all they did was open the window and reach for my debit card gave me the food back. There was never any kind of discussion never thank you. There was nothing. Horrible service

Food is good as always but why am I sitting here 15-20 minutes waiting for our food. Haven’t been greeted yet and a worker and manager both walked out their significant other. At least tell us that we are gonna be waiting on something.

I was picking up food after my shift at work around the 10:15pm. We ordered chicken nuggets, Burgers, fries, frosties. I get home 3 minutes down the road and everything is cold, an order of nuggets and fries are missing and the burgers were cremated on a dirty grill. We call up the manager, who was very professional and offered to cook our meal free and refund our money which he did and I was very pleased with burger and nuggets but the fries were cold and pale(way under). I wrote this review to ask you, if you just gave someone an order that was cold why would the replacement order cause us to feel sicker.
