What truly stood out about 1892 was the exceptional service. Brittney, my waitress was very attentive, and genuine. She checked in at just the right moments, were knowledgeable about the menu, and made you feel welcomed from the second we walked in. It felt personal, not rushed, and that made the entire dining experience even better.
Everything tasted made fresh and full of flavor.

Really nice evening at 1892. Staying in town for the night and looking for a nice restaurant to treat myself to, which there were not many options for. Easy location and parking. Not at all busy and Liz did a great job taking care of me, frequently checking in. The two high points of my evening were my blackberry smash to drink and tiramisu for dessert. Both made in-house with great flavor and texture. Tiramisu had a beautiful presentation, not soggy and super creamy. Baseball seared steak for my meal which was done perfectly and not too chewy. This was served with risotto and au jus. I’m a salt-forward gal and felt like it was all seasoned perfectly. The only thing I didn’t love was a caesar salad to start. Wish I had chosen the risotto balls instead. Salad needed a little more cheese and dressing. A little dry and bland, which did not describe the rest of my meal! Seating comfortable, great music and friendly staff. Menu was super reasonably priced. $10 glass of wine and $24 for crab crakes is so reasonable. Overall very pleased and would certainly come back.

By far THE best food! Everything on the menu is or can be gluten free and taste incredible. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can tell a lot of thought went into creating an inclusive and enjoyable dining experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This is exactly what Gillette needed.

Brittany was our server, and she was absolutely wonderful! Food was the perfect portion and high quality. Highly recommend the garlic, fried olives and the ravioli. My husband raved about his old fashion and crab cakes. We will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good. This is exactly what Gillette needed. I love that I can enjoy an upscale luxury dining experience right in my home town. It’s like going on a mini vacation. As someone who normally avoids processed foods, the fresh and high quality ingredients are unbeatable. I also enjoy how the menu is constantly evolving and includes new things to try. The smaller portion sizes are great for someone who likes to try multiple things on the menu (like me!)
