A pleasant surprise. The moment you walk in, it smells amazing and instantly makes you hungry. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the prices are very affordable for the quality. Great vibes, great food, and definitely a spot worth coming back to.

Honestly, went here due to a coupon, and boy, I’m sad I never realized it was here before.
A small restaurant, it has a bright, homey vibe, but it makes it cozy.
The chips they gave me were crisp, the Pineapple Jarritos cold and refreshing, and the Mexico Lindo Fajitas I ordered were quite tasty. A wonderful mix of sausage and very interesting cheese (Oaxaca) that mixes quite well with the peppers and other meat and fixings.
Also, a good price!
This place is amazing.. May have not known of it before, but now I won’t forget it!
Free Margarita’s betwen 5 and 9PM on Friday are also a good thing.

During my recent trip to Bethlehem, I stumbled upon a hidden gem: Mexico Lindo, a cozy, local Mexican restaurant. Despite its small size, the quality of the food shines through. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and the prices are quite reasonable. Fortunately, my group of six was seated immediately, as the restaurant wasn’t too busy, though I did notice many take-out orders being prepared.
We were treated to complimentary chips and salsa, which were a nice touch. For the dinner, we tried cheesy flautas, crispy chicken quesadillas, nachos with guacamole, and flavorful tacos. To drink, I opted for Pineapple Jarritos, and Mexico Cola — both refreshing choices.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mexico Lindo to anyone visiting Bethlehem, and I’ll certainly be returning on my next trip!

The food here can be a bit inconsistent. On a good day it’ll be among some of the best Mexican food you’ve had. Personally I’d come back for the sopa Azteca and the pork adobo. Sopa Azteca’s like a wetter, soupier version of chilaquiles in the sense it’s crispy and soggy, creamy cheesy yet bright. The pork adobo was fall-apart tender with a sauce that hit all the right notes in salt, acid, and umami, accented by a deeply smoky charred pepper flavor. An absolute joy to eat.

We’ve been coming here for years. We usually always get tacos and/or enchiladas, which I believe are the best in the valley. They have weekly specials like taco Tuesdays, enchilada Wednesdays, etc. It’s byob. This is a small establishment with limited staff, so I recommend going and eating in person to avoid any confusion with takeout orders.

Was staying at the Hyatt nearby. I needed some good street tacos, so I walked down to this place.
The restaurant is unassuming from the. The atmosphere is awesome and cozy yet small. There’s a walk-up window for takeout orders, and several booths and tables for dine in. Service was extremely fast and very very friendly. Was provided chips and salsa immediately. Nothing too special on the quality of those.
Ordered four tacos on corn: marinated pork, al pastor, and Mexico lindo special which was a combination of chorizo and steak with Oaxaca cheese. You can choose street taco style with corn tortilla cilantro and onion, or flour tortilla American style with sour cream etc I’m a street taco guy all the way.
The food was served very quickly. The tacos were generous in portion. Four was enough to fill me. The meats were extremely flavorful and delicious. Very very satisfying, just so good.
While I was there, a local artist was setting up to play music. The live music really added to the vibe of the place. A fantastic touch. He was however really pushing his CD for sale, which is a little annoying but he’s there for a reason. Marketing and self promotion So it’s understandable.
Prices were great and I was in and out in a very short time. Very satisfied.
Only thing that could have made the meal and experience better was a couple of homemade salsas to go with the tacos. Like something really spicy and or a verde. I didn’t ask actually, But if they have it it should come with the tacos without asking. There is tapatio on the table, which you can’t go wrong with. And you can use the leftover salsa from the chips as an effective alternative.
Will definitely return when I’m in the area, highly recommend if you like authentic Mexican tacos.
