La Pollería is a must-visit! The food and drinks are addicting!The chicha morada was absolutely delicious—perfectly sweet, refreshing, and full of flavor. The pollo a la brasa was juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection with that classic smoky taste. I also tried the chaufa, and it was amazing—well-seasoned, flavorful, and generously portioned. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Great food, great flavors, and a place I’ll definitely be coming back to. Highly recommend!

Today I went to la polleria with my wife, and everything was truly amazing. I ordered a combo with fried rice, and my wife had lomo saltado. Not to mention the sauces they were wonderful.
The variety of food this place offers makes it a great option. I can still smell that chicken absolutely spectacular.

I ordered quarter white and yellow rice. I received quarter dark with white rice. The chicken was tasty and the sauce that came with it as well. The beans were creamy and flavorful. The white rice was a bit old and chewy. If I come back again I’ll pull out my order and check it. Services was nice.

10/10 recommend! The food was incredible, extremely affordable and top tier quality. The staff members were also warm, friendly, and welcoming. We ordered the whole chicken with salchipapas, white rice, and fried plantains. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and sooo tender and juicy. Honestly I haven’t had pollo a la brasa this good besides when I was actually in Perú.
I hope this restaurant gets a lot of local support and becomes a staple of Lark st! My family and I will definitely be back!

Great chicken, tacos, and rice pudding. Wish the space was bigger so you could sit at a table and eat there, but takeout is excellent, and the seating at counter also works for a quick bite.
