Store Manager
Overcooked pizza undercooked wings. I ordered it yesterday and I file report online but I haven’t heard anything from anyone. Today I figured out which store delivered it and called the store and the person said that they were the general manager, they were very rude, they hung up on me several times, they refused to refund my money, said that I should’ve contacted them the same day the delivery was made, provided absolutely poor customer service. It was a female that answered the phone who said she was the general manager and she needs to be fired. The only thing the manager said was that she turn the oven down because thin crest pizza makes it seem like it’s burned because the sauce comes to the top. That’s malarkey. You can’t really tell him the photo, but the wings were barely brown they don’t even look done, and the pizza was overdone. It’s so sad when companies have people like that that are “” managers, who don’t know how to take care of a customer. I still don’t have a refund, so I guess they charged dispute is next. Since there’s no adults in charge at this location.

Pizza was like cardboard, hardly any toppings, it was certainly not fresh, paid a good bit of money but this location on Shades crest road did not live to its expectations today, been to this location many times and it was always good, BUT today it tasted old and not what I was expecting again so if there is anything dominoes can do for me I would appreciate it because as of right now I am very disappointed. The garlic Nots was just bread hardly any garlic in it no flavor what so ever.

We ordered 2 chicken fettuccine bowls and a thin crust pepperoni pizza all of which tasted great and were delivered 30 minutes after we ordered. The only thing that was disappointing was the quantity of pasta in one of the bowls. That bowl was less than half full. The other bowl was great.

I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s warranted. Don’t like leaving bad reviews especially unless other people could get hurt; however; this Dominos is on point and has the Customer Service to back it up. Not only do they get complicated orders correct (about 10 since it opened last year or year and a half ago I think). They will always follow instructions as to where to put it when delivered or comes to the back – whatever we have asked – meet at the pool etc – just great attitudes every time too. When we call or order thru CarPlay (so much fun to do that!!) it’s reallly fun and these guys and gals have the CS to back it up – maybe Amazon will take a que from Dominos!

I can not say enough how much I appreciate the supervisor at this location. I ordered my food off the app and it sent my order to the Bessemer location. When my food arrived I was missing several things I ordered and what I did get what I did get was not edible. I tried contacting the Bessemer location multiple times only to be hung up on every time. They literally picked the phone up and hung up immediately 7 times. Not knowing what else to do I called the Shades Crest location and had the pleasure of speaking to James. He went above and beyond to fix what another store messed up and was so kind to me. From now on I’ll be placing pick up orders from his store just so I don’t have to deal with the people at the Bessemer location

Absolutely loved my Domino’s order tonight! The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the delivery was incredibly fast. What’s even better is that this has been consistent over the last several orders. Highly recommend!

Every time we order from here our pizza is wrong. I called and the manager answered the phone. I told him they got our order wrong and he laughed and said some smart ass remark to his coworkers. Then he proceeded to be a smart ass to me and then my husband got on the phone and he was rude to him. This has to be the worst customer service considering THIS IS YOUR ONLY JOB!!!!! YOU LITERALLY HAVE A TICKET THAT SHOULD BE DUMMY PROOF. Read it and make the pizza!!!!!!!!! It’s not hard!!!!!! This manager is a disgrace to any business and should be fired! We will contact someone that has actual authority and that cares about doing their JOB!!! This guy is a joke and makes the company look pathetic! He should be fired!!!!!!!

I ordered a thin crust and was delivered a hand tossed pizza. Talked to the delivery driver he said I had to call the store. I called the store and was told it was my fault that I got a hand tossed pizza instead of a thin crust. I ordered online and the picture was of a thin crust pizza. Will never do business again

Normally a great location, however I placed an order tonight about 45min before close and upon arrival I was told that they couldn’t make the pizza due to them closing within the hour (which I’ve never heard from this location before), but they still sent the notification that it was being prepared and charged my card. Instead of calling the number associated with the order they waited until I drove there to inform me. It’s a shame to see them follow suit of other restaurants and start closing earlier than scheduled. There were only two workers so I understand the urge to start closing early but it sucks when the customer has to pay the price for it. Especially when they had an easy opportunity to call me and tell me the truth; that they started closing earlier than regular and couldn’t accommodate my order. I use this Dominoes about 2-3 times a week. I’ll probably give them another shot later on but for now the Morgan Road Dominoes just a few miles farther is a good substitute. Plus bonus points for their drive thru window and helpful managers over there.
Edit: After further review, I realized this location actually closes at 1am, not 12. This means I actually placed my order an hour and thirty minutes before closing. This entire ordeal has me very confused as to what’s going on behind the scenes. Management should be more clear and transparent, especially with their regulars.
