RUDE cashier (manager) – woman talks NON-STOP to her staff about her horrible life, loud voice, constantly angry. It happens every time I go. She left taking my order to use the bathroom, then came back and proceeded to detail her gastrointestinal issues to everyone within earshot. Upsetting visit. Won’t be back.

I came here for the first time since the prices started going up in 2020, Honestly, my favorite,”Double cheese burger”, if it’s not grilled at home. The Jalapeno bites were good too, though small. Update: 1 Chicken sandwich cost $5.99 or get 2 for $6. Same for the other sandwiches. Thank You to the staff that pointed that out to me. The outside picnic table is nice, but it’s near the drivethu, fumy, and there was no garbage container, I had to walk around to the other side of the building.

Coffee is insanely sweet and the breakfast sandwiches are greasy (though fairly filling). If you’re in a bind and don’t have better options available (e.g., McDonalds) then this will do, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat this.

I went into the restaurant, and was waiting to order when I needed the restroom. The attendant wouldn’t give me the key until I ordered. As it wasn’t my turn yet, she wanted to take my order and make the other customers wait. I expressed that I needed the restroom immediately but she said not until I paid. Not only did I leave, but I urinated in the restaurant on my way out. It’s humiliating and disgusting. All because she couldn’t understand the urgency. I understand policies, but I also understand customer service and humanity

I don’t know about the food because I left without it. The cashier touched my fries after touching money and the manager told me it was company policy that it’d acceptable to handle money then food as long as it’s on the outside. The only problem is her hand touched the fries. I wonder if they do that when food inspectors come. No thanks. Money is filthy. At a minimum, they should sanitize hands after handling money before touching food. Even if it is on the outside, their germs are on the container the person eating has to touch. The manager was rude because I requested a refund after telling him I expressed this concern before. They don’t have to worry about my germ issues again. I won’t be going back. It shouldn’t be an issue anyway, but during cold and flu season…that’s awful.
