Tonight’s visit to the Northside Big Cheese was a big disappointment..we stood in line ordered our food and waited and waited and waited. We figured get our drinks.. no ice…sodas were flat. So we sat back down watched as people stood in line. No one up front. So they waited and waited.Finally a young lady appeared stood in front of the glass window by the soda drinks and was intent on fixing her long hair. Moved to the other side to the cash register by the prize section and twirled her long hair into a bun. Walked over to the pick up table stuck gloves on .. grabbed someone’s pizza. Brought it out, gave it to the customer. Walked around and the whole time touching the TVs the little edges worked the cash register and continued touching food and things with the same gloves… still we waited and waited and waited. What happened Big Cheese ? You had a place that had such awesome workers with great customer service and the food, while it took a bit of time was way faster then tonight .was quick..this is a big disappointment. Would not recommend…sigh

I ordered dinner for my family. The cost of our dinner was around $60-$65. I ordered online, and my husband went to pick up the order. When he got home I looked at our Pizza and Wings. The pizza was burnt!! I usually order my wings “over cooked” and it was NOT OVER COOKED!
I was very upset and did not want to eat the pizza!
I called the store and told them my experience. The manager replied with “that is how our pizzas come out, and my cooks made sure your wings were over cooked. You would have to bring your pizza in for a remake”
I’m 40-50 minutes away from that location already!
Manager: “Well there’s nothing else I can do”

I’m not sure why this location has been disappointing, the east side location is more inviting and the food tastes better. Ordered a large pizza, it looked like a medium, the crust was very hard and over cooked. The crust was hard enough to scrape the top of my mouth. One of the employees had a bad attitude towards my daughter cashing in her 250+ prize tickets. Lady employees were rude and they looked like they didn’t want to help customers. I saw one gentleman working and checking on guests, he was the only employee to clean as well. Management needs to address their employees’ poor customer service and food.

We ordered and one of our pizzas had to get remade. We didn’t get our salad we had to go ask for it. Wings got cold and our first pizza got cold waiting for the remake of our second pizza. Other than that the interior was clean and our cashier was very friendly..

Absolutely the worst place to have a birthday party. Management was rude and staff were rude. Start our party late because we had to wait on previous party and we were Rushed to finish ours in 2 hours. Only allow a minimum of 30 guest.

One star is the lowest i can give. Employees are awful rude people. The menu is vague and over priced even for Pizza. Eat else where unless you like being treated rude with employees in your face.

Traveling through Gallup, NM and saw the sign. Haven’t had Big Cheese Pizza in decades. Decided to stop. Absolutely scrumptious pizza! Just like we remembered it. Just as importantly, McKayla was an exceptional host and the restaurant was spotless. Watched McKayla clean the games and the windows, too. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who loves pizza and games. Of course, they offer other menu items, as well.

Ordered a large pan pizza and what came out to our table was a medium thin crust pizza and the manager claiming that it was a large pizza and she “didn’t know who made the dough to make it seem small?” Like ok. She didn’t want to make it right so just asked for a refund and left. Used to like eating there but now I don’t think so. Awful management.
