Huge portions, hot & fresh food, amazing value
We finally tried Fuego Express Chinese Food, and wow — this place does not disappoint.
I had the combination fried rice, my wife ordered the sesame chicken, and we shared an order of crab rangoons. Every single dish came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The sesame chicken was perfectly crispy with a great sauce, the fried rice was loaded and cooked just right, and the crab rangoons were crunchy and delicious.
The portions are HUGE — easily enough for leftovers — and the value for the price is more than fair. You definitely get your money’s worth here.
If you’re in or around Jarrell and craving Chinese food, this spot is 100% worth stopping by. We’ll definitely be back.

Amazing food and service! My sister and I arrived at 8pm and our food was made to order and ready within 20-30 minutes. We had the pineapple fried rice, sesame chicken with fried rice, pork egg roll, and crab rangoons! Expect to have leftovers! They are currently taking Cash App or cash fyi. We will be going back!

This place was a stroke of luck to find. I was visiting my daughter in Jarrell Texas and she hadn’t found a Chinese restaurant close. So I just googled one and it was the closest. Absolutely GREAT food and nice helpful service. Now they don’t take debit cards they take Venmo or Cash App. But SO SO WORTH IT! It’s a food truck at their home. But it’s clean and great food and service and large portions. Make it a go if you are craving great Chinese food and are in Jarrell Texas.

I got the general so chicken, egg roll and ragoons.
All of the food was good.
I will say I think they keep the flavors mild so anyone can enjoy the dishes. It wasn’t as spicy as most general so, and nothing was overly sweet, even the sweet and sour sauce wasn’t really sweet (which I like but I know many ppl would rather not be eating too much sugar)
Does need to pay the money to get a square or other point of sale device to take card. I’m glad I had Zelle otherwise they would’ve missed the sale which I’m sure happens quite a bit.
I will 100% be back, I want to try the chicken broccoli, and the sweet and sour chicken.
If your anywhere up near salado down to terravista… this is worth it

I usually have a hard time finding good Chinese food, but Fuego Express has the best in Jarrell. The flavors are just decadent, the portions are way more than I expected for such a low price. I had the pepper steak, so yummy. Recommended 100%

I’m so happy that I found this food truck. At first I didn’t believe that it was going to be there on county road 375. I called ahead and made my order. They accept cash, cash app, but no debit cards at the moment.
My order was ready when I got there and still hot.
There are two picnic tables. At 4:20 the tables were in the shade.
I ordered chicken fried rice and beef broccoli. The smell in my car was so good my son wanted to eat his on the way home.
The plates were so heavy. ..I weighed them and each plate was over 2 lbs, so definitely big enough to split. The picture is of the leftovers.

Food was hot and fresh. Had the orange chicken and fried rice. Wish the orange sauce had more “orange” flavor to it but it was pretty good! The rice didn’t have much flavor at all. I ended up using my sauce for the egg rolls on top of the rice. Pork egg rolls were good also. I definitely will return!

Great find! Highly Recommend, food was delicious and customer service was excellent and friendly. It’s a food truck but well worth the trip off of highway 35. Picnic tables to eat on so it is more of dine there than dine in.
