This has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants! Everything tastes fresh and there is a large variety of meats to choose from.
You have the option of bbq, hot pot, or both for $5 more. I recommend both. We usually grill our meats, but use the hot pot for noodles, dumplings, etc. You have 2 hours once seated to complete your meal. It is plenty of time so don’t feel rushed to keep ordering.
For ordering, they have made it so easy with a tablet on the table. You order whatever you want on the tablet, and they bring it to the table quickly. Keep in mind there is a food waste charge so only order what you are confident you can eat.
There is a bar with rice and several sauces you can help yourself to. It also has some dessert options, as well.
Our service has always been good and everything still looks clean and brand new. This is a great place for a special occasion or date night.

The place is spacious and well decorated. Food is delicious and love the wide varieties of selections they have for both BBQ + hotpot. My one tick is that the receptionist/people who work the lead up front and manager are not the kindest nor hospitable. Everytime my family and I come, we have a group of 13+ people and we want to sit close together. Now obviously we know with that big of a group we’d have to sit at two separate tables and we’re totally fine with that especially if the tables are right by each other. One time we came with 17 people because my family from out of town were visiting and we wanted to take them here. We said we’d be fine sitting at the two tables that had eight chairs each and just pull an extra chair or high chair (since we did have kids as well) but they didn’t seem too happy about it and wanted us to move to the tables in the very back where there were 10 seats per table saying (quite passive aggressively) something along the lines of “we want to save those tables for other customers coming in”. ???? Okay I guess we understand…but we’re also customers too? In the end, we didn’t want to create a big deal out of it and just wanted to enjoy our lunch so we just went to the back and sat where they wanted us. Overall they’re not the greatest at accommodating when it comes to large groups. The servers themselves are nice which we appreciate, but the vibe I get from the ones upfront, especially one of them whose name I’m pretty sure is Zac (hair is usually in a ponytail and wears glasses) and even the manager lady is very passive aggressive and a little unkind. Lastly, it must be noted that if you have a big party, EVERYONE must be present before they seat you. They are VERY, VERY strict on that rule considering their two hour limit so do with that what you will. Overall food and location is great and we really like it, servers are kind, but our experience with the lead staff causes some points to be docked.

We had a very good experience. This was our first time having food here.
So, we were waiting for this to open for such a long time as now I can understand why did this take so much time to open. Such great vibe has been created and beautiful ambiance.
We had the hot pot and it was awesome. Specially the schezwan and tom yum soup. Everything was so good, don’t miss the mushrooms.
They have a great space and awesome staff who are so cheerful and helpful.
Also, just for everyone to remember that whoever comes has to have a pot or a grill or both. They have the policy to have either pot for everyone or grill for everyone or combination of pot and grill for everyone. You can’t mix it on the table. But you will not regret and I feel this is needed since they have invested so much.
I would highly recommend this, it’s a unique experience and to have them here in Florence is such a luck

I’ve eaten here about ten times, and the staff are always friendly. Especially Layne; he’s very cheerful and energetic, and I really like his way of working.
But there’s something I just discovered after finishing my meal. In my wife’s soup, I found some mosquitoes or insects. I didn’t notice them at first, but I only noticed them after adding the vegetables and eating. I don’t mean to blame the restaurant, but I hope they will wash the vegetables thoroughly before serving to prevent this from happening again.

Really good options for meat and sauces. The chicken wings at the buffet were delicious and perfectly cooked. There was one grill for a table of 6, so it would have been better to have 2 grills for the longer tables or for the grill to be centered rather than off to one side. The servers were friendly.

I was in shroom Heaven BIG BACK CHEAT CODE: Before we came, “Chat GPT, look at the menu for Kpot in Florence KY and give me 3 combinations based on my saved flavor profile.” YW! Layne was a knowledgeable & fun server and the entire staff were attentive. I believe we had a total of five people taking care of us but I did lose count. Thank you for that. The environment felt like aquarium meets steampunk. It was my first time here and my only complaint is that I’m visiting from Phoenix! Everyone should have this experience more than once on this journey.

We tried KPOT for the first time and went with the combo of hot pot and Korean BBQ. Overall, it was a solid experience with a great selection of proteins, veggies, and sauces.
Both of us agreed we preferred the hot pot over the BBQ. It was a little tricky to get the meat seasoned just right on the grill, and with the lighting being a bit low, it was sometimes hard to tell if the chicken was fully cooked. That said, the hot pot broths were excellent—mine was the spicy Szechwan, and my partner chose Thai Tom Yum. Both were flavorful and satisfying.
The appetizers were fresh and plentiful, and I especially enjoyed the fried rice. The overall quality of the ingredients stood out, and service kept things moving at a nice pace.
We’ll definitely be back, but next time we’ll likely stick with hot pot. Excited to have this option here in Florence!

Buffet is MUCH smaller than the one in Louisville, yet the food was old/dried out/spoiled. They were missing several menu items including bubble tea, sesame balls, pineapple, and meat items.
The strawberries had no business being available to customers because they were on the verge of rotting.
