Food is delicious! Customer service is always pleasant. I ordered my favorite “General Tso’s Chicken” w/ white rice and it never disappoints! If you’re ever in the area, check them out! Definitely will eat from here again!

Too many times have I ordered on their website and they’ve taken the money and no food has been delivered. They need to fix their website or pay attention to it. It’s ridiculous.
Edit: I went there and waited about 10 minutes to talk to to someone and only did because I spoke up. Watched the delivery guy come in from delivering places with my food bags for some reason. Guess he forgot to deliver? Idk. Good was colder than usual and service was terrible. Don’t recommend. Oh and they didn’t give us the egg rolls we paid for.

Crab Rangoon 7 out of 10 only because I don’t like sweet Crab Rangoon.
I like the original cream cheese taste, and it was not crispy it was more of a soft dough.

Spring Garden is a great place for tasty Chinese food! Been a customer for years and they’ve never let us down. You can always bet on the crab rangoon, hunan shrimp, and sesame chicken being good. Their chef’s specials and combination plates are awesome, too. With white rice that’s famously fluffy, or a crispy egg roll that makes a meal a treat. Your food is made quickly after you order, and you can customize what you want online, or just call. They’re always friendly, and the food is reasonably priced. They never skimp on the fortune cookies, either 🙂

I’ve been going to spring garden for years. I tend to get the shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce, white rice, and two spring rolls. The staff always remembers my order and my name which is so sweet. Everyone is very friendly and kind every time I go there. Another bonus is everything is reasonably priced I never end up spending more than $20-25 on my meal. 🙂

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Spring Garden
I ordered a large General Tso’s chicken (soft), but instead of food, I received a 16-ounce container of General Tso’s sauce only — no chicken at all.
I called the restaurant right away and politely explained the mistake, asking them to correct it. Instead of fixing THEIR error, I was told I would have to place and pay for another order. I explained that I shouldn’t have to pay again for something they messed up, and they hung up on me.
I called back hoping to resolve it, but was placed on hold for 10–15 minutes before they hung up on me again.
Terrible customer service and no accountability. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and hanging up on customers is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.
