Been here several times, back when they were located at the brewery. They put time and attention into their dough which is why it’s so good. My only wish, because I’m picky is that they would use a wood fired oven. Nonetheless, it’s one the best Neapolitan style pizza’s around here, along with “How ‘ya Dough’n. So glad we live minutes away and can enjoy this place often.

I recently tried a food truck in Boynton Beach serving authentic Neapolitan pizza, and I was pretty impressed! The pizza had that perfect thin, crispy crust with fresh, flavorful toppings that you’d expect from a true Neapolitan pie. The only downside was that it came in a cardboard box, which didn’t keep the pizza as hot as I’d hoped. But other than that, it was definitely a solid choice for a quick, delicious meal. Would recommend if you’re in the area!

When picked up exactly on time, it wasn’t even warm. Box was damp on bottom from sitting around.
Pizza was the Veggie with added prosciutto. 0n 3 of the six slices.

The pizza was great! The service was wonderful. The place has a good vibe but too bad the day we went there, it was raining hard. We had to take out and eat at home. There are tables you can sit and eat if the weather allows. We had three different pizzas, they were all good. They also sell flavored sparkling water.

Thought to myself ” ahh what do they sell and who is that man on pic of food truck ” no idea i was walking into probably the BEST ARTISTIAN PIZZA I have ever had!! The gentleman rung me up and said about 3mins to make ” i said to myself yea right prob gonna take 20mins for average pizza” end result i was BLOWN AWAY. The 27$ i spent on this pizza was clearly worth 50$ the prosciutto was best of the best not to salty and really nice flavor. Entire pizza was amazing. I will b back!! Its hidden gem if u like artistic style pizza!!
