First let’s be clear, the food here is EXCELLENT! They could have a much wider selection of ingredients, but the ones they have are the ones I like so it works for me.
However, the floor hasn’t been cleaned in years and is perpetually sticky, even the carpeted area. The grime on it makes you slide around like you are on skates, and the carpet look black (it was a purple and red I believe, not certain on that though) and goopy and immediately causes your shoes to get sticky.
And worse yet, it is HOT. Our family was the only one there, and all 8 of us ended up packing up our meals to eat elsewhere. The heat was causing all of us to sweat into our food, and combine that with the grime, we just were not comfortable eating here.
The staff was polite, and apologetic, but being we had eaten here many times before and it has gotten worse each time tells me that cleaning the facility is not on their priority list. This is kind of sad, I like the food.

Best service Ever at a Mongolian restaurant. Waitress even brings the food out on a plate after it is finished cooking, so you don’t have to awkwardly stand by the grill, and on a plate it cold off fast enough to actually be able to eat it.

The food is good, but you seriously need to have at least 3 employees here at a time for the rush hours! It’s ridiculous to expect the 2 employees to cook the food and be the cashier! They work very hard but can’t keep up! Fix this not only for your customers and employees!
