This place SUCKS. What is all the hype about people? Are standards really that low?
The wife and I were out and wanted to try it because it’s all over Facebook. With an open mind, we stopped in. I placed our order., she waited in the car. We got one small burger each and was told 15 minutes. I figured they were busy, so I was ok with waiting.
I waited in a tiny store shoulder to shoulder with the next guy ordering. We wanted a drink but they only have this goofy stuff nobody’s ever heard of. 20min go by and I ask where my food was. I’m told it’s coming off the grill now. 10 more minutes went by and I was ready to ask again, when they handed me my food. They offered me nothing for the extra wait time other than an apology.
I get to the car and we unpack our food. What we got is a disgrace! A tiny little burnt patty with two pickles, smothered in 1000 island dressing on a grocery store bought potato bun.
Are they for real? Obviously it’s all paid hype because I don’t believe there would be enough stupid people in this world to rave over this garbage. Couldn’t even taste the burnt burger, it was all dressing!

This was an awesome burger joint! Lily was super pleasant. Honestly the food came out better than I expected and it had looked exceptional in the pictures. I got a double Mac n Cheese Smash and it was delicious!!! Definitely gets 2 thumbs up from me.

Parking is limited and side street has some public parking, be prepared to walk during a busy time.
The fries are battered and crispy, which is really good for the thicker fries, but the thinner fries=rocks.
The chicken tenders are really good, not too crispy and hard, but a seasoned batter cooked to juicy perfection.
I got hot honey on the side and it was like a hot sauce with a little honey where others are like honey with a little hot sauce. The consistency is liquid vs a more molasses consistency from other hot honey sauces.
The honey mustard dip was a packaged Ken’s salad dressing cup.
I also had the double burger. The patties tasted fresh and you can definitely tell this is definitely 1 and maybe 2 steps above like a Wendy’s double 1/4 lb for about the same price. Potato bread bun is always a winner. It’s not a looker when taken to go, but it was sure delicious!
It’s a tight little waiting area and since it was raining we were all huddled inside waiting for our orders.

I would love to give 5 stars but for some reason their cooks do not understand “no onions” and nobody is willing to teach them. It’s one thing when it’s a burger- it’s easier to pull them off. Decided to order a cheesesteak- my boyfriend ordered onions and extra cheese on his- I ordered no onions and regular cheese. They gave us both extra cheese and extra onions because this thing has more onions than meat in it. So now I’m cooking spaghetti for dinner because this was all I could stomach of this. It’s a shame because they used to be so good before they forgot what “no onions” means. The other night my mom bought the kids cheeseburger fries for dinner. She asked for no onions on all three orders. All three orders had onions. The kids all had to pick them out before getting bored with it and giving up on eating any of them. I think my days of ordering from this place are over, and it’s a shame because we used to love them!!! But they mess this one thing up every single time now!!!

Gave my 15 year old son a $20 bill to pay for a double burger he ordered. Was given back $11 and some change. My son went to the corner store across the street to purchase a drink with the $10 bill. Owner said he couldn’t take it. My son called my husband and we told him to take the $10 bill back to smashbros where he got it from. My son said the manager wasn’t mean but he said he couldn’t take it back because he left the premises. Me and my husband go immediately to Smashbros and the manager named Dalla told us he couldn’t do anything today until he checks the cameras with his brother and to come back the next day with the money. At this point, we just have to accept we got scammed and they ripped off a young kid. Even if the store got scammed too a good business owner would have gave my son the $10 bill and took the loss. Realizing it’s not worth the bad review, losing a customer and being reported for fraud.
Update: After owner responded to review, I called Smashbros. A woman said the owner was not in and took my number down. I still have not received a return call.

I wish there were more categories to add 5 STARS, like “Friendliness”, “Enthusiasm”, I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was at Smash Bros. My husband and I didn’t make it out of the lot before devouring our burgers. I couldn’t leave without thanking the entire crew for their incredible work. Our 40-minute trek was well worth it. We can’t wait to go back! Oh, the hot-honey garlic wings will make your eyes roll, too good!

The three of us stopped by today, as we’ve been trying to break out of our “fast food rut”.
The burgers were hot, fresh, and exceptionally nice. Good prices, excellent quality, and delicious. The fries were great, with an interesting texture. The BBQ sauce (we got the BBQ rodeo burgers) was sweet, bold, and just a touch spicy.
Truly an enjoyable meal, and I’m sure we’ll visit again!

One thing I need to emphasize is that the food is beyond good. I have been ordering from the Runnemede location ever since they opened. The food is so good that my wife and I often treat ourselves to Smash Bros. I am writing this review because of the amazing owner. She is beyond nice and absolutely cares about her customers. I want people to understand that this food is so worth the wait. There are long wait times, but that is just a testament to how good the food is. Wait times can be mitigated by ordering ahead. And believe me, many people do this. The location is small, but the good news is there are plans to move across the street, which will be much better for the flow of traffic. I highly recommend this establishment

But what really sets them apart are the owners. They’re honest, straightforward, and genuinely great people who care about their business and their customers. First things first. The food is amazing, Chicken tenders are big, juicy and crispy. You can add different kinds of sauce whether it’s on top of it or on the side.
The loaded fries with chicken, coleslaw their special sauce and pickles are to die for. Their smashburger is nice and flat with crispy edges and simple, They come with cheese, fried onions, their special sauce and pickles. Mind you, you can add other toppings to the burger. The fried pickles are big, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside served with ranch that is out of this world. And their french fries are crispy on the outside and very soft, fluffy and moist on the inside. They taste great just by themselves, but you can dip them in any kind of sauce you’d like. Now to the atmosphere, the atmosphere is very clean but the inside of the store is very small. You can only fit about five people maybe… and the parking lot is very tiny. You might as well park on the side street. There are two picnic tables on the outside that can sit at least about 10 people, but bringing it home tastes just as good. I just wouldn’t wait too long because you want to eat it hot. This place has been on my radar for a while. I’m so glad I finally got a chance to try them out. I definitely recommend it.
