I placed a mobile order to pickup on the way home. My order was pretty simple. Large Dr Pepper, Famous Bowl, and Wedges with Queso. The Famous Bowl and Dr Pepper was perfect. However the queso was so watered down that you could almost look through it like a glass of water. At the cost of $8.99 the queso SHOULD NOT be watered down! I do not recommend the wedges and queso to anybody!

Went to the drive through, they pulled me to the side to wait. I waited a good 40 minutes for my food. He came out and told me the biscuits had a couple more minutes. They finally bring my food out almost 5-10 minutes later. Only for me to get home and the biscuits still be raw and doughy. I tried calling back up there and of course no one answered the phone. Do you think I was offered anything for waiting… no nothing. I paid $60 something dollars for food. This is unacceptable, they will not get any more of my business and I will be calling corporate.

The restaurant was recently remodeled and is very clean. the buffet looked outstanding but I didn’t choose to do that since I was ordering carry-out. the lady at the cash register was very friendly and very concerned that I had to stand there and wait for 5 minutes for my freshly cooked chicken. It wasn’t a big deal I know that chicken can’t instantly be created. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken and it was delicious and it is good and spicy like I like it. it was very busy in the Drive-Thru but the inside dining area was not that busy it would be a pleasant experience to eat in. they have wheelchair accessibility I’m not sure about high chairs but they do have a nice seating area. Once in a while you just want some KFC.

Went here on a Sunday night..was looking forward to it,my fiance was out of town…burnt to a crisp..called twice no answer..called next day twice..asked for mgr.the woman I spoke with talked so fast wouldn’t even listen..said they were short on help and would be today also..thing was I was the only person there!..My dogs didn’t want to even eat it!!..No one wants to work anymore was the excuse!

Probably the best KFC I’ve been too. Made me rethink the restaurant chain entirely. Chicken was hot and juicy. The lemonade was delightful. Prompt and friendly service at the drive thru.
