The lady at the window tried to charged me over double the cost of my order. This is a reoccurring issue at this taco bell to the people who live in commerce. I went home and checked the app to confirm and yes, i was almost charged over double what i should have been paying. I do not feel comfortable using my card at this taco bell and probably wont be eating there anymore as they’ve had this problem multiple times in the span of a few years. The manager sounded respectful though.

Calling corporate. My wife and I contacted the H.Pylori stomach virus after eating here. We have been in and out of hospital for last 2 weeks and on very strong antibiotics. This is not ok. Poor hygiene practices here. Do not eat there. We ordered a chicken quesadilla and crunch wrap supreme. 2 different things and both got violently ill. We loved Taco bell and hate that I will never eat there again at any location. We don’t trust them anymore. My wife got so bad she could have died

Orders are regularly wrong, and I have literally waited over 40 mins for a simple and small order. Just about everyone who came in had extreme wait times. Customers would stand at the counter waiting to place an order for over 5 mins. The management are failing tremendously as the customer service is horrible. To make things worse, all the table tops are always sticky. You do not want to eat off of them. Forget this place. Go elsewhere.

Every time I think I’ll give them another chance to get things right they screw it up. There’s lettuce on everything that is ordered with NO lettuce, beans when I say NO beans, and they always forget the spicy ranch on the gordita crunch. That’s not even an alteration, it’s SUPPPOSED to have that! As you can see in the photos, there’s barely any cheese to hold it together and it has no spicy ranch. I’ve worked in fast food before, including Taco Bell, and I get it, mistakes happen. The problem is they get the same things wrong EVERY TIME we go, and it’s usually very sloppily made too. It’s never just one thing wrong either, it’s usually most of the order. That’s not a mistake anymore, that’s a pattern. Today, we tried to call multiple times to get our order fixed but they would not answer the phone. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and it’s completely unacceptable. Don’t bother going to this location. If you really must have Taco Bell then go to the one in Sulphur Springs or something.
