Ordered the bowls. They were out of fries so they used potato wedges instead. The wedges were inedible. Chewey and obviously very VERY old. I won’t be returning to that place. Ever.

I ordered a chicken little ( crispy) and a small pack of fries through Uber eats for an afternoon snack. The order came on time and it was packed nicely. However, the entire food was cold and bad. I know that it was a delivery and depends on how the driver handles it. Still the chicken inside the slider was hard as it was cold. The fries we’re the terrible. They were cold and hard, and extremely salty. It was so pathetic that I could not eat the entire portion.

First and last time im getting wings from kfc. Or at least this kfc. They were undercooked and greasy/sloppy. Chicken was just rubbery. The skin wouldnt even stay on the chicken as i grabbed ahold of it. I’d much rather recommend any other wing place (or just a place that serves wings) over this. The only reason i gave it a 2 star is cause their fried chicken is usually okay and their biscuits and mac and cheese is good.

The place was really unkept and untidy for a down period during the day. I never received a receipt at the counter, and the service just wasn’t great. The floors were unswept and looked like it had been that way for days not just the day, and I had to wipe down my own table it was sticky and all the tables around me were just as sticky.
On the food, the mashed potatoes were great, I loved them. Even came in a reusable container that I could take home. But the chicken, was undercooked, under seasoned, and under prepared.

Somewhere along the way the batter got changed. I use to love it. Today was not good at all. To much pepper in the batter. Biscuits were good. Tried the cherry bombs, they were really good.

Came to KFC @ 2:30 pm. Tuesday 7/2/24. Asked for 10 piece Tues special. Was told that they didn’t have the grease ready n nothing down for original
Offered me crispy, but no. Had to travel 16 miles out of way in Springdale. Springdale had great service and me out with fresh batch within 5 mins.
