The lid was cut directly down the center when I got takeout. This caused the soup to spill all over my car. If they’re pranking people by cutting the lids what else are they doing to the food??? I’ve been going to this location for years. Never had this problem, I’d be careful when visiting. When I complained, they offered me a refund on the soup. Seriously? Who’s going to pay to have my carpet cleaned? There is no way this is “just an accident.”

I ordered two black garlic pork ramen and a kids ramen but it absolutely looked like I got 3 miso ramen bowls. Black garlic ramen did not look anything like the pics advertise. I took the broth back to the store because I thought they made a mistake but the employees told me all their broth is the same and that the black garlic oil was in the ramen bowls. I gave them chance and went back home to try it. There was no black garlic at all, look at the attached pics of what I got versus what the website advertises. The pork is just crockpot pulled pork and both the black garlic bowls had super burnt pieces in them. Highly unappetizing. I regret even trying it out. I don’t recommend at all.

Could have been wayyyy better. I took my dad to try Ramen930. I’ve been to the one in Lehi several times and was impressed. The Layton location is very underwhelming. We received less Ramen and it was the to-go style (I felt like my dad didn’t get the full experience) and the noodles were a little hard.

it was $25 and some change for 2 miso Ramens (+2 water cups)

On the upside, my dad didn’t know any different and liked the Ramen (miso) with some of their hot sauce.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ socially-distanced tables (only 4⭐ because ours was directly
under the amazing AC we had to move so our Ramen
wouldn’t cool down too much
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ clean dining area
⭐⭐⭐ quality (at this location)
⭐⭐⭐⭐ service was good
⭐⭐⭐ price for quality (at this location) – I would definitely pay
$12.50/bowl for what they serve in Lehi

Wasn’t greeted at all when I walked up to the cashier. I had to say hello while he just stared at his computer. No interaction or customer service at all. He hates his job apparently. Ordered the Black Garlic Pork ramen and got charcoal pork chunks. Not the clumps of seasoning that needs to be stirred in but severely burnt pork. (2PM 7/7/22).

My Husband and I got the Tonkotsu bowl (number 1) and it was SO GOOD! I would definitely eat here again. We’ve never had authentic ramen before, but now we can check it off the bucket list.

First time experience here as I was treating my boss lady and coworker for lunch, she suggested Cupbop… During lunch I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, so I went in person, ordered 4 lunches, had my order in 5-8 minutes, off I went. It smelled soooo good and tasted even more amazing, I tried the B Bop (Korean beef) I was not disappointed! Price was very reasonable for the amount of food you get, could easily feed 2 with one bowl.

I’m reviewing this as cupbop, I don’t think most people even order the ramen here so I don’t know why it’s listed as Ramen 930.

The cupbop bowls have been soupy multiple times, making it almost inedible. They often get orders wrong, such as not putting the sauce on the side when asked.

The service is terrible. I sat at the pickup waiting for them to notice me standing there but they are too busy not asking me if I need help.

Okay at best. Low protein portions. Not even ramen noodles used. Kimchi side want even half full. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like frozen food

I would consider it false advertisment to claim what they serve is Ramen. I got food to go because its near my house. I took two bites and felt sick immediately, we tossed the food out and almost drove back to get a refund, but called it a loss instead. Very greasy, microwaved gyoza, just overall not great.

I had the Veggie Ramen and it was a little bland but not bad.

Vegetable broth is naturally not as flavorful as a meat broth so it needs a little help. A drizzle of Sriracha or Soy Sauce would go a long way. I ordered to-go so I’m not sure if that is something they offer inside or not. I also wish the mushrooms were cut in larger pieces to add texture/bite. The tofu is a good replacement in terms of protein but texture-wise it is more like an egg, and I missed having something to chew. So there are things they can improve on but overall not bad. I am really happy that they had a vegetarian option for me to eat and I’d order it again.
