Friendly staff. Ordered online through app. This is a very small restaurant with limited space and they have chosen not to install self serve kiosks. Not busy at all. When I got as I almost was the only there. Food was prepared quickly. Food tasted fine all though I have had better fries. Toilet are not open and requires a key.

I would give it more stars, but I won’t. Burger King says that they do it your way however here in Santa Fe, New Mexico we have several women who only speak Spanish. They do not understand your order nor can they get it right I ordered a junior whopper with mustard and lettuce. First Junior whopper came out with everything on it gross second one came out after I repeatedly told her I only wanted, let it and mustard. She threw a fit, went back, and I tried to explain to the other gal in Spanish exactly what I wanted she asked the manager. Ashley yelled at me and told me that he that she would be telling her and not me they can’t seem to get it right here And they don’t do it your way they do it their way. Dear owner your bathrooms are gross and locked with a dead bolt. Your kids high chairs are filthy. I took a video of your place during this time your employee didn’t think I understood her talking bad about me I in Spanish.

I love this Burger King all the stuff is awesome except for one cashier choose the worst customer service work I’ve ever seen in my life I asked her a question about a meal and I specifically told her what I needed from it and what I didn’t need out of it she didn’t help me at all and when I told her that I didn’t want the fries but I needed the coke she refused to take the freeze out and give me the coke so she got upset when I took a empty Coke cup out of the trash and filled it rinsed and then filled then about a week and a half later I went in again with a dollar and asked her if I could buy a cup of water for my dog when she also refused then got angry when I again took an empty cup rinsed and filled with water for my dog

I had the fish sandwich and it was really good. I had fried that were crispy and fluffy on the inside. The service was fast and efficient. We just went through the drive-thru, so we can’t comment on the atmosphere.

Steakhouse Burger was on point. Food was fast and good. The atmosphere gets 4 out of 5 because of the homeless people wanting change as you come and go. Typical for Santa Fe, but place e was clean and food was good.

I’ve stopped by this place many of times but mostly through the drive through. Yesterday (7/5/24) I actually went into the store because I needed to use the bathroom. I took a little longer inside due to the fact that I am currently disabled because of a foot injury. It takes me a while to navigate once I am in a bathroom due to the nature of my injury. My complaint is that I was harassed due to the amount of time I was taking . I don’t know if it was a manager or an employee demanding that I hurry up and get out . I was even given a 5 minute time limit at one point and I did my best to try and hurry up. No one ever cared to ask if I was okay or think that there might have been something wrong. Some people in this world have no compassion or respect and just assume that they are always right. I ended up not ordering and will not return to this location ever again! This is the one Burger King where you cannot have it your way! I don’t usually complain but I felt really discriminated against and I let the manager on duty know how I felt. I really hope something is done about this, not just for myself but for all who may be in a similar situation as myself.
