Pretty bummed tonight. Spent a bunch of money on raw pizza. First medium was super under cooked. That’s not cheese in the picture it’s raw mushy dough.
Got a remake which is the second pic. The staff was cool about it and responsive…but the middle of the second pizza is still raw.
The large we had was slightly under in the middle too but I just tossed that in our own oven. Medium was super raw. Only even leaving this comment because the fix was still not fixed and it’s too expensive to get half or 2/3 cooked pizza.
Edit: Selena and I connected and she made everything right. Had an opportunity to eat there tonight and everything was excellent. Thanks Gioninos!

Ordered from here for years! Recently my pizza was slightly undercooked. The bottoms felt wet and soggy. Really hope they get it together. Also ordered some jojo fries and the place never called me to tell me the fryer was down until I got there! Management do better please. Flavor still on point but service needs work. Place used to be so good.

I ordered a Deluxe Pizza and it barely had any toppings except Pepperoni. Also make sure to order it well done. Last time I did not order well-done and it was doughy. This time it was cooked well but barely had toppings.

My spouse and I just moved to the Pickerington area. We ordered a large pepperoni and mushrooms pizza with a side of Buckeye BBQ wings. It was all amazing!! Have not had wings with that much meat and crunch at pizza joint. Also yhe pizza was so flavorful with just the right amount of sauce. The cheese had an amazing pull and was so good as well. Hats off Gionino’s!

Recently attended the Pickerington Pizza challenge and really liked their best pizza. First time we’ve ever ordered a pizza from this
store, ordered the best pizza, but it wasn’t the same. Not nearly as good as what they served at the challenge. Not sure what was different. Wasn’t bad, but just was not as delicious as the one we had there.

Placed an order for delivery at 6:30. Received an email stating food would arrive within 60 mins. Food didn’t come. When I questioned the delay, was met with a tone that felt like they could care less for my business. I cancelled my order. Typically really good food but the customer service was lacking this time around.

Holy Wow.
Passing through on the highway, sleeping locally, looked for good reviews, glad for this choice! Had the Mac N Cheese pizza (add pepperoni). If that sounds good to you, it IS. Maybe the best pizza I’ve ever had. Wife would have hated it (but she’s not here) haha.

Nene and Ezekiel were awesome with the service they provided! It was a miscommunication of my order and they were so polite and respectful. I was amazed . They even gave me the pizza that I didn’t order for free ! I thank you guys for being so patient and respectful. The little things go so far. I’ll be back soon. And again thank you guys

The amazing experience started before I even got my food.
I ordered a white pizza and accidentally selected pizza sauce. Someone in the restaurant caught my mistake and took their time to call me before making the pizza to make sure whether or not I actually wanted pizza sauce on a white sauce pizza. (I DID NOT!!)
ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! nothing less.
On top of that the mediterranean pizza was UNBELIEVABLE! Thickness, cheese stretch, topping quality and quantity …..
Superstar Service and food! What a first experience.

Ordered on Labor Day 2025 through door dash. I don’t even know where to begin… probably should call the health department. (Reported the issue to Door Dash) The food wasn’t edible- the pizza was burnt on top and completely raw underneath. I didn’t even know that was possible! Meatball sub was raw as well. Impressively awful would be an understatement. All door dash would do would give a $25 credit.
