Atmosphere was wonderful. Alexandria was my server and she was delightful. I ordered tge scallops and they were cooked perfectly. As the entree, I ordered the Filet and it couldn’t have been cooked any more perfect than it was.

Had our second visit within a months span. The first visit our food tasted great but as kitchen employees ourselves, we could tell our plates had been under a hot lamp for a while. To the point where the hanger steak I ordered developed that glazed like look.

We returned last night with some family from out of town hoping to show them a good place to eat. We arrived at 6pm We were seated as a party of 7 by 620 due to a canceled reservation.

The problems started with our drinks. We ordered three sprite. All three came back without a LICK of syrup in them. No big deal that happens right. So after waiting about 25 minutes after getting our drinks we are finally blessed with presence from wait staff, who took BOTH OUR ENTREE AND APP ORDERS.
The apps were great although we waited WAY TOO LONG. When the waiter arrived he stated the “kitchen was backed up”. We were sat at 620 and was not severed our entrees until 813! The wait makes since as it was evident the host was not seating sections right. And wait staff were putting in 5 tickets at a time. But the wait can only be justified if the food is good and the service is on point.

My brother who I was treating while home from out of state ordered the bone in ribeye which retails at $56. Not only did we wait forever for our food, when it arrived it was not prepared. He ordered a MEDIUM COOK. THE WAITER CONFIRMED “SO WARM PINK CENTER”. This steak was brought out seared only. You could see the white fat striation on the meat still and the center WAS BARLEY WARM TO TOUCH.

As it’s such an expensive cut and amazing steak we asked it be sent back and PREPARED PROPERLY. At this point the waiter states “I’ll have him throw it back on the grill for a few minutes.” I told him it would need far longer to go from RAW to medium. About 4 minutes later he brings this steak out.

It’s been microwaved, something obvious by the shrinkage of the steak and the greying of the sear. Then had to gull to PUSH THE BONE UP TO THE STEAK TO HIDE THE STILL RAW MEAT. We got it back and it was still RAW. Through all of this the waiter was doing nothing to accommodate us.

WE had to tell him to take it off the bill and all he did was offer us a shitty “wagyu” burger.

My brother took him on the offer because at this point we’re 2hrs in and he’s starving.

The burger was sent out UNDERCOOKED. HE ORDERED WELL AND GOT MEDIUM. The lettuce was BROWN and they BURNT THE BUN. I can’t help but think this was done solely out of retaliation for sending back the chefs TERRIBLE WORK. I’ve attached photos. And if you need any assistance in training your front of house/management team or any help educating on time management and customer service as it relates to the systematic flow of the business please reach out to me.

THE ATTACHED STEAK PHOTO IS OF THE SECOND ATTEMPT.

Edit- As exhibited by the response this restaurant clearly just wants to over charge you for under quality food. Very humorous how my time line is exact to the response of the owner. Wether the entrees were put in with the apps or fifteen minutes later. We received our entrees at 8:13 so she’s ignoring the fact that we waited an HOUR for an under cooked ribeye. Also damn near everyone on this planet has used a microwave. We all know what happens to meat when put into one. And after using one it’s pretty easy to identify.

If you want to spend money take the time and head to a Ruth Chris because the service isn’t it, management isn’t it, and the food just can’t makeup for all the other short comings of this business

We happened upon this restaurant late (an hour before closing) and, luckily, were able to be seated. For appetizers we ordered two house caesar salads, the generous dressing and shaved parmesan cheese were delicious. Since it was late, we decided on the Vermont Wagyu burgers rather than steak. They were ordered medium rare–they were cooked perfectly! We finished with carrot cake and the steakhouse eclair (huge–two-person dessert!). Next time we are in town, we will definitely eat here again.

My favorite place to go. Portions are perfect. Prime rib egg roll is my favorite appetizer. Ive been here many times. The food is always consistent and delicious. Prime rib is flavorful and cooked to perfection. The carrot cake is my favorite dessert! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quality cooked steak.

The NY sirloin steak was nice and pink in the middle with a crispy seared exterior.
The scallops were lathered in a delicious, light maple glaze. The red potatoes were so good. They were seasoned just right.

Wait staff was awesome. Food was awesome.
I had Poutine as appetizer. Best I have had since Canada.
I had a hanger steak with mashed potatoes. The flavors were so good I did not use any condiments whatsoever.

Loved it. Very nice waitress and the food was great. They’ve got local craft breweries on tap which were good too. We got the prime rib which was excellent and carrot cake for dessert which was pretty good (would have loved it if it was warm)

Place was very busy when we dined at around 6:30pm. Keep in mind they do not take reservations, it is first come first serve. This was the only restaurant around the hotel which is why we chose it. The appetizers and cocktails were great! I thought the steak was a bit overcooked and tough. All in all we all enjoyed the restaurant and treated ourselves to a great dinner. I recommend the French Onion soup.

We booked the private room for a celebration. The filet mignon was so tender and flavorful. The cheesecake had a praline sauce that was absolutely delicious! Leonard, our waiter was super efficient and attentive. Everything about our evening was absolutely perfect! Looking forward to returning for another delicious meal.
