I ordered delivery from Panera bread in Lakewood. I got a kitchen sink cook for $5.49 and a dozen of bagels with cream cheese for $22.19 ad my total was $31 with free delivery. The delivery wasn’t a problem they did a good job. My problem is with Panera.i never got my cookie and the bagas were stale and not even cut properly. I was extremely disappointed and never coming back again if I could I would put zero stars

Here we go again. Another take out order missing items ordered. This location, when dealing with takeout, always check your order. They will short you on items ordered. So expensive to eat here and they continue getting this feedback on missing items and they don’t care. That’s it. No more. Not going to Panera bread anymore. I’m done. No wonder this company has been in trouble for so long financially. People are done. We probably won’t even see Panera Bread in five years or less

$9 for a “bowl” of soup they put it in a small cup container for to go orders. It’s simply the pricing that is the issue. It’s just not reasonable. What a shame. I will have to sell my house now in order to pay for this.

Panera was always a chain that was never at the top of my list, nor the bottom of my list when I was looking to grab a bite to eat.
After my last experience, I won’t be going back for food ever again. Only coffee/tea.
I had a doctor’s appointment that required me to fast for lab work. So I hadn’t eaten in almost 24 hours. Being very hungry, I ordered a salad and a sandwich for a late lunch.
It was $28 for a salad and a sandwich, which is absurd. I could have gotten a steak dinner for that price.
Then to top it off, I recieved the saddest, most pathetic excuse of a sandwich I’ve ever seen. It was litterally a few scraps of chicken laid inside a buffalo sauce soaked baguette. Being as hungry as I was, I ate it and left frustrated.

Music is too loud. They refused to turn it down when asked. I used to be able to come here to have breakfast/lunch and get some work done. Not anymore. Not sure why they have to have the music so loud.

Ordered from this place on door dash today, my order was picked up about 15 minutes ago. They gave me ham instead of turkey on my bacon turkey bravo and they forgot my pickle. I asked the dasher to please ask them to make sure they included the pickle that comes with the sandwich because they never do and he told me the woman at the counter was extremely rude to him, refused to give him one and then told him it was in the bag when it wasn’t… she also refused to let me get a side of dressing that i wasn’t able to order from the app. Wrong order, rude staff. I reordered from a different location.

It appears from the outside that finding parking is difficult but you can park in the garage in the back for an hour for free. There is also usually some meter parking available around. It has a lot of space although outlets are not available from every table. Usually pretty quick service and a good place for meeting.
