Had my ROM lunch at Keyaki Japanese Restaurant in April 2025.

Location is central and easily accessible. There are public transportations and a huge carpark for drivers.
Atmosphere is awesome and there is a beautiful outdoor Japanese styled garden. Perfect for photo taking.
Food is mind-blowing. Many of our guests commented that this place has the best Japanese cuisine ever (in SG).
The service provided by Reuben and crew are top-notched. They are very attentive and professional. They made everyone feel at ease. There is no long wait time for food. The manager time the serving of food promptly.
This pricing tends to be on a higher end but the food, service, experience is definitely value for money and worthwhile.

I’ve been invited to this restaurant many times, but I noticed that the food quality has noticeably declined recently. I was truly shocked and disappointed by the stale Japanese melon. It looked great but the taste was sour with a strange smell and was clearly spoiled. The other dishes were okay. Sashimi is still fresh. However, the stale melon ruined the entire dining experience and leaving me deeply disappointed. I hope that the restaurant could upkeep the professionalism and foods quality.

On 15 oct Wednesday, I had a lovely time at Keyaki, Pan Pacific — every detail between the elegant setting, sincere service and exquisite food made my evening special.

Thank you Vincent for the exceptional hospitality. Thank you Jeff, Amanda and Elsa. The attention given to us was warm and genuine. Jeff brought us around the tranquil japanese garden and took many pictures for us. This level of service is definitely impeccable.

I liked that every dish reflects artistry and care, Along with sake pairing through the meal, my experience was nothing short of absolute perfection. Special mentions: The steak was beautifully seared with just the right balance of flavour and texture. The baked lobster was my favorite, rich, naturally sweet and perfectly executed. The assorted sashimi was the freshest and the cold udon was silky, light and refreshing. This is truly a place I’d return to again and again.

Had lunch at Keyaki in Pan Pacific Singapore, invited by my brother-in-law.
I’ve been living in Singapore for over 30 years, and this is a place I can confidently recommend as a Japanese.
We ordered à la carte – lobster, wagyu steak, sashimi platter, tempura, and a clear clam soup.
Everything was well prepared and genuinely delicious. The clam soup was especially comforting, and the sake paired with the dishes was excellent.
The pacing of the meal was just right, never rushed, which made it easy to enjoy good conversation. Before we knew it, more than two hours had passed.
Service was attentive but relaxed. A very enjoyable experience, and I’d happily return.

Went here for dinner with a bigger group and shared quite a few items. Prices here are l high so quality is expected.
The tempura were very good! Thinly coated but still with a nice crunch and not greasy at all. Thin udon noodles in soup were good and went well with it.
The mushrooms and cabbage were decent just nothing special. Nice side to have.
The chicken was juicy and flavorful and I thought the garlic fried rice was p nice with an intense garlic flavor.
The tonkatsu was sadly quite disappointing as the batter wasn’t rly crunchy, fell off and the meat was a bit dry. The fried fish were tasty but too oily for me.
We also had some of the premium beef. It’s expensive but the quality is rly high and the meat does melt in your mouth. Nothing like regular beef. It’s tasty and pairs well with the fried garlic.
As for dessert I thought the mangos were good but the mango ice cream had a grainy texture that was not so nice. The black sesame ice cream was smooth and creamy and just very good!
Drink menu is huge but no cocktails.

Overall the food is good to very good but considering the prices I’d expect just a lil more (consistency).

Went there to celebrate my fiancé birthday. Food was great and excellent. Service was excellent also. Staffs were friendly. Bought the 7 course meal on Klook for 250$/pax. There even a outside area that you can take good pictures and see the mbs and Singapore Flyer

The kaiseki omakase was exquisite — each course was flavourful in a subtle, refined way. Stepping into the Garden Pavilion felt like being transported to Japan.

The Kyoto-inspired design, featuring traditional shoji screens and a meticulously sculpted garden, created a zen atmosphere. Loved wandering around the koi pond and stone lanterns!

Keyaki is such a delightful place to dine! Many compliments to Chef Eric and Joseph, whom served us with such passion and kindness, and really interacted with us throughout our meal. The food was truly amazing and so very delicious, very well plated and cooked up by Chef Eric. Enjoyed the experience throughly, spent my birthday here, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here for future occasions!
