Perfect monday night! They have a wide variety to choose from. You have 2 hours and all you can eat. They also have cold bar, hot bar, sauce bar, dessert bar and they have soup too. It was 88 dollars (with discount) for 2 people (it was 51.99 without discount). They give you a tablet and you can order from it. Menu has pictures for every item which is very helpful. The tom yum broth was delicious, especially with rice cake. Some items are upcharged. Everything was great! Rue was really kind, helpful waitress. We have some dietary restrictions and she helped a lot and told us what dish has what ingredients. We’ll definitely be back!

I suck at taking pictures at this restaurant because I’m always diving right into the food. It is just that good! If you enjoy traditional hot pot then you must come here. They have a sauce bar that is absolutely absolutely perfect and if you are allergic to pork like one of our members was they also give you your own separate hot pot so there’s no cross contamination. The food comes out fast and you can immediately start cooking your vegetables and meat meats. The price for the quality and quantity is also very reasonable. At the time that we went, they were still setting up so their bar offerings weren’t quite there but on our recent return, they had some fun and interesting cocktails, including a fishbowl which one of our guests enjoyed. All in all it’s a great time for large groups or small groups and I’ve never had a bad experience especially picky. Eaters are involved there’s something for everyone here!

I just had a very satisfying and great lunch at the new T-Pot. We have eaten here 3 times since new owner took over. Things have been uneven but seems to have finally settled down for the better.
T-Pot & BBQ now offers a wonderful All You Can Eat (AYCE) authentic Chinese hot pot* (火鍋), which also includes buffet style mostly steamed Cantonese dim sim (廣東早茶), Chinese ‘herb‘ soups (煲湯), , cold dishes (冷菜), some fruits, ice cream and sherbets, and selected Chinese drinks (酸梅湯, 王老吉, 乳酸飲料 ..). Wow!
Among these offerings, my personal favorite is the cold dishes. Here, one will find some delectable delicacies (雞爪, 田螺, 海蜇皮, 涼拌黃瓜, 醬蘿蔔, 白切雞.. ) that would surely delight many Chinese gourmets, and perhaps even some adventurous non-Chinese food enthusiasts.
There is also AYCE korean bbq or Sushi, which we have not tried.
The price is higher than before. But it is a great value for the quality and variety of food one gets.
All in all, this a great place for a special delicious feast. So happy it is here in College Park next to UMD. Highly recommend!
* Hot pot is an Asian communal dish that involves cooking raw ingredients like meats, tofu, vegetables, seafood, and noodles in a shared pot of hot flavorful broth. The food is usually cooked quickly in the broth, and eaten with a dipping sauce of one’s own mixing.

Honestly disgusting. I will never be back here. They charge an outrageous amount of money. It’s about $45 a person. They offer a 20% discount during the week which sounds nice but the prices are astronomically high.. Especially for the value of the food this place actually made me feel sick to my stomach because it was so dirty. The whole entire building needs remodeled. The entrance looks new and fresh, which is a little bit deceiving.. If you go to the Gambrills Tpot location It is very nice and this place should be ashamed to even piggyback off of the tpot name. The staff was friendly, but they were kind of like lurking over my shoulder a little too much and didn’t really give us space to eat, and you could tell that they were unhappy and they knew the experience they are providing is not worth the price. The appetizer buyer was filthy. The food was dry at the appetizer bar like it had been sitting out. The dumplings were hard as a rock. The shrimps had heads on them, which was very weird. The cold stuff looked disgusting. The selection was very bland. I thought about walking out of here before I even ate anything and I wish I would have.. it was about $77 for two people. Turned my stomach. Toilet paper on the floor of the bathroom. The owner is very cheap and it shows. Improper ventilation for a bbq experience. Dirty dirty dirty. We gave feedback and we were not offered any solution or additional discount. I hope I don’t get food poisoning it was that bad. Everything felt slimy and gross. The fish and chicken tasted off. Gordon Ramsey or John Taffer should visit and hold the owner accountable for the lousy experience he is providing. My girlfriend and I took a look around at the hot food bar and we thought of leaving, but we didn’t want to be disrespectful. We thought that maybe it was just a more traditional culture of Asian restaurant, but we both left and felt sick to our stomachs and lost our appetite relatively quickly. Also on Tuesdays, there is no sushi available, which they advertise sushi on their website but looking back I’m glad I didn’t eat anything raw from this location. The majority of the staff members don’t speak English and it shows and there’s a definite language barrier however, the one woman who did speak English was very friendly And she at least made our experience somewhat pleasant. However, the food ingredients did smell and taste old and funky. My stomach is bubbling. I’m definitely gonna be blowing up the bathroom for the next 24 hours. Also they used teflon grills which everyone knows if teflon is scratched they release toxic forever chemicals and cancer causing agents. Do better.

I went to have a valentines dinner with my lovely wife here last night. We didn’t want to do anything too fancy and we are huge fans on hot pot, sushi, and bbq so we decided to come here.
Waited about 30 minutes to be seated when there was plenty of seating available everywhere. As soon as we sat down we got bombarded with different kinds of meat that we had not even ordered. The lady showed up and just handed it to us not listening to us saying it’s not ours and we had just got there. We made another server aware and he took the meats away.
Once we finally got a feel for everything on the menu we ordered our food and the long wait began. All our hot pot ingredients showed up first followed by drinks. Got our meats for bbq and still no sight of any grill. Meat and ingredients sitting on the table for nothing. It took about 30 minutes for the hot pot to show up and for them to give us a grill. Weren’t given any utensils to grill with and much less a spoon for our hot pot. After the 1st round of meat we ordered more bbq and it never showed up. Ordered rice that never showed up. Ordered drinks that also never showed up.
Hot pot sauce bar was a disaster, no plates or bowls, lots of empty sauces, and just all around messy. Buffet was a little chaotic but that was the best thing for us as it was readily available food.
Our grill never got changed out for bbq even when we asked for a new one, though it didn’t matter as we never got our ordered meat. Was trying to order sushi to be able to enjoy something that wasn’t the buffet and the tablet that’s given to you to order died. Found our server and she took it and never came back with a new tablet.
This is honestly one of the worst experiences me and my wife have had. Our simple valentine’s dinner was ruined by poor service and lack of options.
59.99 per/person for supposed all you can eat hot pot, bbq, sushi.
For us, we paid that price for all you can eat buffet of food that’s been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Biggest waste of $150 I cannot stress this enough.
Side note: Spoke to a manager about all this. They did not care. Said they’d see what’s going on and just disappeared. They weren’t even that busy for us to have such a terrible experience

2nd time we’ve been herein 5 years. I would like to say that the food was okay. I was excited to try the authentic Korean and Chinese food, but it was lack luster and bland ah. Its a good first time ever at a Korean bbq experience, but if you’ve been to Korea, Korea town or even a decent Kbbq this won’t cut it.
Good- cheap! lots of side dishes. I tried the deer antler soup and it was mid. As was were the 5 different dumplings I tried- shrimp, chive, soup dumplings and truffle. They all could have been exactly the same in different shapes and colors.
Too many items sold out at 3pm on a Sunday like lobster, edamame, etc.
Duck, beef tongue and cumin beef were not anyone’s faves.
The raw oysters were okay and a STEAL for 75 cents for half a dozen. But were sitting on ice a while so I grilled them with lemon garlic, onion cilantro and chilies fish sauce.
The grill is nonstick and not steel as it is traditionally. Great for not burning the food but it definitely didnt do it for us. It also didnt heat equally and led to some food being burnt and others severely undercooked.
Oh and service- they came to clean regularly but didn’t speak English so when j asked questions there weren’t anyone available. Like hey what is this? They’ve gave us 6 sauces but didnt know which sauce was for which meat. That woukd have been helpful.
Nice ambiance but there are definitely other kbbq in the area. Great for starving college students as well.

Great Hot Pot Experience Loved this place! There’s free parking, the hot pot soup bases are amazing, and ingredients are super fresh. The staff are friendly, the vibe is cozy, and they even have birthday events with small cakes—such a nice surprise. Will definitely return!

The delicious hot pot I have ever eaten!!! If you’re a sea food person I’ll recommend this restaurant (they also had beef and pork). Service are excellent, staff come and pick up your finished/empty plate to clear more space for the customers next food. The Oysters are super fresh( my favorite), free Chinese style soft drink, also Cantonese dim sum.
Overall:

bbq: hasn’t try

Omg the food was sooo fresh and the portions were way larger than expected! Rue was the best server I’ve ever experienced. She was extremely patient with my autistic granddaughter and allowed her to ask questions about menu options! She was kind and I recommend not only this establishment but request her to serve you!

To start off for both hot pot and bbq $52.99 pp…ok that’s fine food should be quality right?Wrong. I won’t speak on the hotpot because my husband and I didn’t see any soups that seemed appetizing. However for the bbq we were severely disappointed. The chicken options are very limited and for some odd reason they offer chicken wings which makes no sense for a this type of grill but I digress. Also we ordered pineapple and we were expecting pineapple slices as pictured…but I’m so sure they gave us canned pineapple…pale and diced. The “Hot Bar” seemed more like a concept and was not properly stocked nor clean. Honestly they need to put more emphasis on cleanliness as a whole. More importantly our grill would NOT turn on, three people fiddle with it and it never got hot they never offered to explain to us what was wrong they just kept taking turns. Honestly I can go on but I hope this kind of paints a picture of this establishment. After the grill wouldn’t turn on we had to cut our losses and leave. Y’all save your time and absolutely save your money. Expensive prices for cheap food and poor service. You’ve been warned.
