Quality is better here than most fast food places. The staff has only given me an incorrect order once, but it was quickly remedied. They are fast and orderly, especially for such a busy place. It’s not a full sized BK, but it’s pretty good for what it is. Since they are a smaller location, they run out of some popular foods faster, but that’s to be expected, certainly on a college campus.

This location, managed by Aramark, seems to get the short end of the stick out of all the official Mississippi State dining locations. The hours are pretty strange, too. They aren’t open during any holidays until the day right before a campus holiday ends. They are only open from 5 PM to 12 AM on Saturdays and Sundays… and they don’t follow any of the corporate prices. Many of the workers seem overworked… and the place doesn’t serve unsweetened tea, only sweet tea. The floors are often littered with spilled soda due to their lack of staff.
Orders usually come out quickly though, and the only issue I’ve ever really had with their food is that sometimes I will get a rotten batch of fries. BK fries aren’t that great to begin with anyways, but still. Nothing against the employees, but MSU Dining needs to stick up for their workers. They are clearly understaffed.

Did you know this isn’t actually a Burger King? Seriously. Call up BK corporate, ask for information about the Mississippi State campus restaurant.
This location does not go by the prices advertised in commercials. This location does not accept any coupon, nor does it accept any Burger King gift cards. It also does not keep up with the standard BK menus used at other BK restaurants.
I could almost forgive all of that, because the food is still as good as any other BK restaurant. Except you won’t know that, because they’re closed.
12:42 p.m. on a Tuesday? Probably closed. Breakfast on a Thursday? Hah! And forget about getting food over summer, or spring break, or any time around any holidays. These guys’ hours are a total joke — open something like 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on consecutive Mondays, closed weekends except those under a full moon… I’m making jokes, but the truth is that four out of five times I want some Burger King, they’re closed. I can only eat there when I’m in the neighborhood and chance upon the store being open.

Worst service I’ve had at a fast food place, ever! And that’s saying a lot. Me and 15 other people stood in line for 20min without being acknowledged as the employees walked in circles trying to look busy. A couple times employees would come up to the register, act like they were about to take an order, then walk away. Similar events have happened multiple times!

The cashiers are constantly rude. Employees will be talking to each other instead of working even when they look directly at you. They will not even look me in the eye or talk to me long enough for me to ask a question. Also I have went in multiple times and they were out of burgers or fries. The only reason I eat her is due to how cheap some of their deals are when I’m using a block meal.

Worst Burger King ever. They’re always out of stuff, their prices are different than advertised, they don’t accept gift cards, they’re very slow, it smells bad, and the floors are sticky. Go somewhere else to eat.

The hours are completely unpredictable. There have been several times when I’ve walked by and they’ve been closed for lunch. A restaurant that closes for lunch! They don’t accept BK cards and don’t follow the prices BK corporate advertises. What’s the point of this place?

I walk up a 10:11 and there is an employee sitting down a texting with the doors locked. When are y’all supposed to open? Because the sign said 7:30. Someone is being paid to sit in a closed restaurant!

Worst customer service!!!!! I hope this location gets shut down because the employees are rude and disrespectful. The cashier rolled her eyes when I told her what I wanted, but i don’t quite understand why she would get upset over her duties as a cashier. Please fix this because it makes not only the school, but the company look bad.
