The customer service was very disappointing.
The staff were rude in the way they responded, and at times they seemed unwilling to assist us.
We were told to just go to Chick-fil-A and eat there instead.
I explained that my daughters wanted to eat McDonald’s, and that they don’t like Chick-fil-
A. The young lady replied, “Well, they will just have to like it and eat there.”
That response was not only unprofessional, but also dismissive. As customers, we simply expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
Experiences like this are the reason businesses lose loyal customers. Good service is not just about selling food — it’s about how people are treated.

Went threw drive thru it took a long time. All I order was a large fries and two Hi c fruit punches. The receipt clearly had large fries and 2 large Hi C fruit punch on it. They gave me a small fry with 2 Hi C orange drinks. I was fine with the orange because I like Hi C orange but it was nasty. It was like water with orange color and a bad taste with hardly any ice.The small fries were hard and very over cooked.

The staff was very rude! I asked for my receipt and they started mobile orders don’t have a receipt. This is the only McDonald’s that hasn’t given me a receipt with my mobile order. Also in the app it stated thanks for your order when I still had not received my order. It took 15 minutes to receive a 20 piece nugget. I’ve had a fast food job in my life and nugget do not take that long to be dropped!

Only one person in line ahead of us, and we ordered two iced coffees. 12 minutes later we asked where our order was, the lady asked the woman who took our order. She said she took the order, but she didn’t make it. She had seen us and seemed like she deliberately did not make the coffees. The other lady made them and would not return the receipt. Not even an apology. Everyone moved super slow and acted unfriendly to the customers.

Avoid this McDonalds at all cost there are better ones on the same street. They will always forget multiple items on your order. Fries always taste old and reheated. Worst customer service. This is the third time in a row they have left items off my order I will not be returning. I’m missing an entire meal off my order. I rarely leave reviews especially for a fast food place. Additionally Every-time I get a happy meal for my daughter and I’m asked if it’s for a girl or boy…I get a boy toy not that big of a deal because I’m not fussy about gendered toys but why even ask? Pft Just a testament to the perpetual carelessness of this staff.

I ordered and paid for extra sweet and sour sauce, and they didn’t give me any. I pointed it out and showed them my receipt, but only gave me half of what I paid for. On top of this- the fries weren’t fully cooked- and they only half filled the box. I rarely leave a comment… ever. But this was a ripoff- and they stole from me. I’ve never had this issue before- and yea I always ask for extra sauce when I pay cus I know they charge.
