Pizza Hut made an order for me on the 12-20-2025, and the pizza had very little marinara sauce, the chicken was dry and also the pineapples. I called back to pizza hut on Volunteer Parkway, Bristol, Tenn, and made a complaint to Justine,the General Manager, apologized and gave me two choices to either get my money back of $20 or an in store credit. Natually I said that I wanted my money back. The new guy had put the last four digits of my phone number backwards and it would take some time to get it straight that my money will be back into my account in a few days. We’ll I called back to Pizza hut today 12/-31-2025 and spoke with Justin again. I told him who I was and asked why wasn’t my $20 placed back into my checking account. He told me that he gave me an in store credit. He argued me down. I told him that I wanted my money back. Basically he was calling me a liar. I asked him for his Supervisor, he gave me Matthew Hyatt. I called and left several messages and did not get a return call back as of yet. I attempted to call back to the Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tenn Pizza Hut to ask for the home office number to complain to them regarding my money, the phone ranged for a long time and no one answered the phone. So I hung up and tried the West State Street Branch Gate City Highway Bristol, VA and to no avail, no one answered there either, so the only choice I have is to write a review regarding my situation. Pizza Hut on Volunteer Parkway is holding my $20 Hostage. Its a shame that a company would rather keep your money instead of giving it back but would instead hand you an in store credit and they don’t prepare your food properly and expect you to get more bad food from them!!!!

The salad bar was clean and fresh. Nice crispy lettuce. Fresh cheese sticks and pizza. My mom was the only thing missing. It was one of our favorite places for lunch.

Justin and Tina went above and beyond to make things right. I ordered pepperoni on the app and got home and they were cheese? The app must have glitched out and when I called and explained they remade the pizza no questions asked. Great crew great food.

Didn’t get a chance to eat. The information online said buffet till 3:00. We went in and was told it ended at 1:00. You need to state this on your website or update it. We drove 25 mind just to be disappointed. Please update your information.

We dined in a little before closing. My husband asked if it was still alright to order and the waitress was so pleasant and assured us it was OK. All of the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. The waitress, whose first name is Tina was totally amazing and so attentive. Tina made our dining experience exceptional. You definitely have one caring and amazing employee!! Thank you!!

Great pizza! Happy to know the original recipes haven’t changed. Breadsticks are crispy on the outside and tender inside. The only thing that could make this better would be to bring back their spaghetti.

I arrived around 2:00 pm. I was the only person dining in. Waitress forgot my drink. My bill was $22 for a PERSONAL PAN PIZZA and one trip salad bar and soda! Waitress said prices had changed. I will NOT be eating there again. Only two people working.

Had a fifteen minute wait before someone even took my drink order and deliver menus. Then my order was placed and the order wasn’t even correct. Only one waitress on the floor during lunch on a Saturday. This is one way to kill business.
