I work in Utah often. The ladies cooking and serving Tuesday through Thursday while I am here are exceptional!!! I visit with them often. The food on these night is cooked perfect and they are two warm souls I consider my out of town family. Love them!

Hot. A great little bar with a cool clubby vibe. Forget that it is in a hotel lobby, it’s a great place. We were there on a rare quiet night and Maria our bartender was friendly and attentive the whole evening. Our cocktails were made exactly to my liking and we tried her special “Maria” Old Fashioned and it tasted great! Try one when you go. I think my favorite thing was the chill atmosphere that let us enjoy our drinks there.

We hit it right at opening as a first stop of near-hotel bar hopping. The food was decent, just had an appetizer. Drinks were decent, had a couple shots. Overall, just a boring little hotel bar, nothing special.

I m a local and this is a really nice quiet bar to go to kick back and relax..if Josey isn’t working. Not impressed. First she forgets food orders.. its cool I get it, but after a few times of being there I can now see a trend. Shes got an attitude and too busy talking to friends to pick up an order.. even on a slow night. Closes the tab before being asked… (2 beers so not even a cut off kind of thing..) I d give it a solid 5 if shes not the bartender, she seriously kills the vibe.Think I’ll just need to start calling ahead to see who the bartender is.

Live band was a plus. 3 screens and good sports selection. Steak was among the poorest tasting and chewable I’ve had. Cobb salad with crispy chicken with romaine was tasty.

Great spot to get a drink. They have a pool table and even have a beer pong table that you can use. Great little spot for kicking off the night or just keeping it low key!

My wife and I have enjoyed spending time here with its quiet atmosphere. You can get to know your bar tender and staff here. For Utah, especially in north Davis it’s one of the better spots you can go to enjoy yourself and have a conversation.

Great hotel bar. Prices are a little steep but thats no fault of the staff who are all very friendly. Tried 3 menu items and all were pretty great. Worth stopping in if you’re staying at the garden inn in Layton.
