Visited Zaxbys for a later in the evening meal on the way down the interstate. The place was quite busy in both the drive thru and dining room – we started at about six people back in the line for the cashier, but the line went well and quickly. The food was ready promptly and was accurate for what we had ordered. I thought it was the correct temperature and portion size though I could not finish all my food. Well done to the line crew and back cooks. They were on top of the game and overall it was a good visit.

Gave this location one more chance out of late night despair… Shouldn’t have, the workers still don’t care and the food this time was just gross, there was 0 seasoning on my food and it was all undercooked. Hardly any sauce on the wings. This location used to be great, now we all just wish it was something else. Check the photos

Me my family and some friends came to eat. My friend was in the men’s restroom at the same time as one of the workers. The worker came right out of the stall and walked out of the door without washing his hands and went right back to work. So disgusting, It makes our entire family not want to go back. Come on Mississippi, we can do better, let’s go against the trend and create a culture of excellence instead of stuff like this. Why can’t we rise above the status quo of not caring and take dignity in work and cleanliness.

Only one car in front of me at the drive through, spent 10 min waiting for them to finish there conversation with the girl at the window to take my order. My drink cup was soaked in coke and the big zax snack was super skimpy on fried and the three tenders they gave me where literally one bite sized. This is the third time I’ve been handed such tiny portions from them. Not happening again

Pulled To Zaxbys & ordered the eggrolls ,,opened my box and they were hard as rocks,, so I turned around took the order back ,, the lady that came to the window was so nonchalant and I also heard her say she might as well calm down ,,didn’t say thank you , I’m sorry or anything ,, I will not be back

Food was great but no ranch no ketchup no condiments whatsoever. No napkins. Keep in mind I had placed my order online and still took there time and no condiments.

Got the Big Zax Snack and it was awesome! Food came out hot and fresh, chicken was crispy and fries were perfect. Quick and friendly service too. I’ll definitely be back!

Me and my mom want some zaxby’s chicken and it was around 9:00 PM that we wanted some anyways we pulled up to the menu to order and the lady that was taken our orders was not talking loud enough to hear and also didn’t want to listen to us when we told her we wanted 2 orders of the (boneless chicken wings with no sauce on them) she try to say we can’t have 2 orders only 1 and my mom told her we want 2 separate orders anyways we pulled up after we finally got her to hear us and it took forever there was a long line already and a lot of people waiting for their orders when we got to the window the lady that was taking our order I guess had to get a manager to take care of it because it was wrong and I video record most of the conversation and it shows that they had masks on and gloves but the bad part is is one of the managers I think in red had a glove on and itched her head when she still had the glove on and she kept it on the whole time while I was recording she started to get drinks ready for the next order I guess but she was touching things after she touched herself with that same glove touched her hair I don’t think that’s very sanitary but at least we got our orders right and yes the food is good sometimes when they make it right just thought I would let people know maybe they need to do a course on food and health safety with everyone in there just to make sure that they know what to do next time. Oh and I can’t upload a video that is larger than 30 seconds so I guess I won’t be able to show that the woman in the red shirt was doing what I said but it’s ok I will send it to the corporate office so they know to do something about it. I found a way to show a little for who ever wants to see what I was talking about.

This place is rude and disgusting. I went through drive thru a couple weeks ago and still mad about it. I ordered 2 salads, a side of egg rolls and a milkshake. I didn’t even eat my food due to being so ticked off. Spent $40 for nothing. Received wilted salads and egg rolls from the floor. The window girl dropped our food on the floor. Tried to hide it. Her fellow coworkers stared at us hardcore, like it was a joke to give us the egg rolls that fell on the floor. Contacted headquarters. The response was to come back to get free egg rolls. Yes, let me come back to the same place to get food from the floor and treated in such a rude manner. No thank you. Do Better Zaxby’s Batesville!

Go here all the time and have never had any issues. Food’s always good and fast to get to me. Employees are nice and accommodating. Would recommend this Zaxby’s if you’re in the area and need a quick, good bite to eat.
