You really can’t go wrong with Panera. Fresh, tasty, and healthier than most of the other fast and fast casual options out there.
This time I had the chicken avocado sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!
The crew was cheerful and professional, and we got our order quickly and accurately. We will definitely be back, and I can wholeheartedly recommend!

The staff at this location does an incredible job and are always friendly. My order is almost always perfect and ready to pick up when I schedule. I come in once a week for breakfast or lunch and service is consistent.

We went there Saturday. Mind you I have went there before and gotten good service. This time though, the coffee machine was down….fine but tell me when I’m waiting for my latte or before I order it please and offer a fountain drink cup maybe since thats not my fault… Also they served my son a rock hard cinnamon roll not with a smile. Then when he advised them they heated it with not a smile. Also the person helping him and glaring at him holds some kind of management position…might rethink going to panera if this is the location we’re near anyways…

Put a mobile order in to be picked up at 3 pm
Arrived and staff was more focused on socializing with each other. When questioned where my food was, they hadn’t started it.
There was no one in the lobby, no cars in the lot.
Didn’t receive my food for 30 min. Was missing drink. Food poorly put together.

The lady that was calling orders out was very friendly and helpful. Her name tag said Ana team lead. She was amazing and I didn’t specify on the side I wanted they gave me a baguette, and I simply asked Ana if she could switch it out for a bag of chips instead.

this isn’t just this location, I’ve noticed this at the location in Papillion as well… extremely skimpy on portions. If I pay extra for chicken on my salad I expect more than 2 slices. Chicken on my sandwich? I should be able to see that it has more than one or two pieces between the giant pieces of bread. $15 for a you pick two and still being hungry after… just going to avoid coming to Panera. Sadly has gone downhill

This Panera used to have quality food, and their soups were delectable. However, mid pandemic, things began to go awry. I went in 2020 to purchase a soup, and it came in a paper cup instead of the usual ceramic, and they provided me with no baguette . It was then that I could tell the quality was beginning to slip.
Regardless, the main reason for this review is my most recent visit, on the fateful night of 9/24/2022. I distinctly remember ordering a chicken noodle soup for myself, and a macaroni for my sister. Since they were out of baguettes, they would provide us with apples. When the order was ready, we were given a platter with macaroni and cheese, along with PUMPKIN soup, which I could already tell was not the right order. Additionally, no apples were to be seen!
After sitting down, we looked at our plates, then each other. Then back at the food again. Squash or pumpkin soup was already not one of my favorites, but this was obviously watery, and it slid off my spoon hardly leaving a mark. The cook refused to take back my order, insisting that I did in fact ask for pumpkin.
My sister’s macaroni, however, was another story. The ‘macaroni’ was white and bound together, as if with glue. The bowl was obviously not filled all the way. The meal was cool to the touch, and looked like it had been taken out of a refrigerator after a month and reheated in a microwave for 10 seconds. She commented that it looked worse than hospital food.
To top it all off, the macaroni and cheese bowl was disgusting. Food remained encrusted within the bowl; obviously cleaned insufficiently, if at all. The grime was able to be scratched off with a plastic fork, so it’s safe to say some equipment is broken back there.
The tables and booths were also dirty, with scraps of food and straws left on them.
We will not be returning to this Panera any time soon.
