This spot is my go-to every Sunday for a quick, cheap bite to eat. Everything I’ve had so far is on point. Flavor, presentation, wait time and price are great. The decor is a bit rustic. I usually get the quesadilla suprema. I add eggs of course for +(charge). The carne asada plate with shrimp never disappoints. A must try.

Amazing street style tacos. I had the tripas, lengua and carnitas and they were super heady and delightful. Very flavorful and very authentic

Service was amazing and the servers nice. Prompt service. Place feels a little old but it doesn’t take away from the amazing food.

Had the steak and carnitas (crispy pulled pork) tacos. Both were excellent, simple but perfectly done with fresh onions, cilantro and sides of both red (hot) and green salsa. Also tried the tamales, which totally delivered on freshness and not dried out like a lot of other places. The staff was friendly and quick (only took a little over 10 min for our large order), which was only topped by their food. A hidden gem that I am glad we discovered, that’s not too far from home.

This place used to be good. Now the service sucks. The Quality and portion size has dramitically dropped. I used to spend lots of $$ here. Decided to give it one last try. Place is filled with flies and what I ordered online wasn’t even ready. They didn’t even know I ordered online. STAY AWAY!!

Went back, nachos were very soggy, had no jalepenos. Called and owner said he would refund the jalepenos. That isn’t avery good compensation. Went to eat the mexburger. Hardly any chili and no cheese. Meat was way over cooked. About a half inch of folded tortilla under the patty. Rice was hard and spongie as if microwaved. Only edible thing was the beans. Horrible Quality for such good flavors.

Tried to order food online and went to pick it up. Was told the never got the order. The kicker is that they were aware of this happening multiple times before and have done nothing about it. Their salutation was to reorder and repay again. I had to cancel my credit card because whoever took the order had all my information. I then had to dispute the charges. The way the employee dealt with it will keep me from going back. Foods was good before, but the service is bad now.

Not bad of a presentation. The 4 enchiladas had an interesting taste. Not terrible but different. Rice and beans were barely warm. The server was nice. The do Grubhub pickup as well. It won’t be a go to spot all the time but it ia local so I won’t rule it out.

Really great food! I live out in Eastern Colorado and we were craving some good Mexican food tonight. Our local places (all 2 of them haha) were about to close for the night so we had a look at some of the best looking spots in Aurora and decided to make the 35 minute drive to come to this place. We wernt disappointed! We ordered ahead and arrived about 10 minutes before they closed. They had already locked the doors for closing (understandably) but we called to let them know that we were there for a to-go order and they politely let us in to grab our food. After getting back home the food was still nice and warm and absolutely DELICIOUS. Highly recomend this spot to satisfy your cravings if your in the area or even if you’re driving a little while like we did! 🙂

We love this place!! The food is always amazing! Michelada’s are great!! The cooks are so awesome and friendly! Love them and so glad we found this place a few years ago. Love supporting local, delicious places like this!! The sopes, gorditas, and tortas are my favorite. Menudo on the weekends is so good. My son REALLY loves the cheeseburgers.
