Runza Restaurants Serving real food requires a real commitment. It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we’re making homemade bread dough from scratch. We’re hand-slicing onions. We’re shredding lettuce for our salads. We’re stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It’s a labor-intensive process that doesn’t let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that’s not something we’re going to change.

My chilli was extremely spicy and the runza that I got wasn’t good at all I ordered the mushroom one without the Swiss cheese and they put the cheese on it. Not at all happy with them. I won’t be going back there again. We went through the drive thru.

Quality of food fluctuates. Sometimes Runza’s aren’t cooked all the way and are doughy. Sometimes very little filling. Burgers are always bad. Fries and onion rings are great.

I ordered a drink and frings. After starting to drive I opened my bad and I had 3 onion rings and half a container of fries. I was so dumbfounded because abuse any other time and any other location this container is full of fries and frings. For the amount charged for this product, this location needs to fill it up for the customer. And I’ve never had my fries taste so overly greasy. Just a waste of money… I will never go to this location again…. 1 Star all the way… do NOT recommend

I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.

My husband and I ate here today for lunch at 1 pm. We come by here fairly frequently as its near our house. We’ve had some experiences that were better than others. Today’s experience was fantastic! The service was great. Our order taker at the drive thru repeated it all back to us. She was friendly sounding and kind at the window too. Our order was all correct and cooked to perfection. It was seasoned well too. Thanks to the employees who were working 9/7/21 at 1 pm!

I absolutely love Runza. The flavor and quality of their food is great. The only thing that makes me disappointed within the last few years is that they have changed the size of their runzas to a smaller size, they only offer one size of fries now also. The cost of the food is still rather costly for what you get and now, you get even less. If they go back to their old portion sizes, I would give them 5 stars again!
