The food here is genuinely delicious, especially the grilled chicken, the food itself deserves 5 stars.
However, the staff consistently struggles to get orders correct. My order is almost always incorrect or missing something. I’ve learned to double check my bag before leaving, which has saved me more than once. I just wish they could get it right the first time. Following basic instructions shouldn’t be this difficult.

Stopped by for lunch got the 4pc meal ( half fried chicken half grilled chicken ) the fried chicken was really good the grilled wasn’t ( not because of the quality of the chicken. I just don’t care for the taste of it It has too much lemon or lime on it.) my side were beans ( bomb ) but really small amount I remember it being a lot bigger and French fries also really good and my drink the mango drink was delicious The customer service was really good and the restaurant was really clean. I will definitely be back.

Stopped by for a quick bite and I was more than satisfied with my experience. The food is delicious, the workers are friendly and overall the environment is delightful. I’ll definitely be back for more yuca and plantains, so yummy. I also want to point out that there are plenty of vegetarian options available!

Even when things got super busy, she was still able to assist me with care and efficiency. My order came out quickly, the food was amazing, and I really appreciated the quality of service. Man. Just horrible waited for my sandwiches got home for them to mess up. They gave me two spicy sandwiches when I had asked for one regular and one spicy. They gave it labeled saying it was regular and it was both filled with sauce. I tried calling but it was no use they just kept saying what. And the wait was long in the drive thru for just one car ahead. I ended up having my car turned off to wait

I went through the drive through at 1:30 in the afternoon. I’m pretty sure all the food was sitting around for a long time. The fries were dry and shriveled, and the empanadas were soggy and oily. It’s too pricy for subpar chain fast food. Probably won’t come back again.
