Last time I’m coming to this location I ordered the 20 lil wings and they was burnt to the bone and crispy like chips. I brought the wing back with one half bitten! I didn’t have time to have them remade so they said they can only offer a partial credit for 30 days! No I want my money back so now I have to dispute the charge!

I ordered delivery. The pizza temp was fine and tasted fine but I ordered a stuffed crust, half plain and half mushrooms and peppers, did not get it, and the cutting job on my plain thin crust was horrendous, they should’ve left it for me to cut. So I paid for something I didn’t get and it’s disappointing. I wish there was someone I could reach out to dispute so I could get my money back for the toppings I didn’t get. It’s too much of a hassle once it gets to your door and you were waiting and hungry. I just ordered a week ago and it was fine but this week it was a bit of a disaster. They need to live up to the quality and standard.

The worst pizza hut I ever been. I ordered an hr ago. I got a message saying it was ready then when I get here the cashier says they are about to make the order now. So unprofessional never coming here again!!! Marcos stay number one for a reason. Let me add that that the place was empty! And still had to wait 20 more mins for my order. This place should give up and shut down. Just found out why I was waiting. A guy walked in with my order!!! They gave my food to someone else. I need a refund.

Used the pizza hut app and ordered dinner box and wings. I got the dinner box but no wings. Called store and was on hold for 20 mins before I hung up. Called again same thing. Had to Contact cooperate to get a refund. And they tired to offer free wings in future, if I don’t accept return. I told its not free if I paid for wings already and Ill take the refund. I was with my partner, and she told the cashier she had an order. I confirmed that we actually had two separate orders, and suddenly the cashier started yelling at me and saying in Spanish, “Cálmate,” just because I said we had two. I don’t know if it was because we’re Latino, but his reaction was completely out of line.
We asked him if everything was okay, and he said, “No, because of customers like you.” That was extremely disrespectful.
He walked to the back, and thankfully a kind female cashier helped us. When we got our food, I asked to speak to a manager because of how badly we were treated. That’s when the same guy came out again and claimed he was the manager. We told him he didn’t act like one at all.
What happened next was completely unacceptable — he left the store and attempted to physically attack us outside. We felt threatened and unsafe.
If anyone in upper management is reading this and doubts our story, you can check the cameras from July 6th, 2025 at around 7:00 PM. The footage will speak for itself.
This location needs serious attention. No one deserves to be treated or threatened like this.

had a horrible experience with Pizza Hut on December 10, 2024. I placed an order (Order #3241210212319001402026532) at 10:23 PM from the location at 898 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL. It was supposed to arrive by 10:55 PM but didn’t. At 11:30 PM, I called the store, only to hear an automated message saying they were closed.
Around midnight, I got a notification from DoorDash that my delivery would arrive at 1:00 AM. Who wants a pizza three hours late? By morning, I found the pizza left on the ground outside my door, soaking wet from the rain and tampered with by animals. The driver didn’t even ring the doorbell!
When I called the store for a refund, they refused. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again until their delivery and customer service improves.

I think I’m about done with Pizza Hut. I ordered the stuffed crust pizza and it was just fine, the only reason I gave the second star, but the big New Yorker I ordered was absolutely atrocious as can be seen in the picture. Yes they offered to remake and deliver a new pizza, but of course its 30 minutes later. Besides this experience, I have also noticed that they have changed the crust on the pan pizza. It used to be crispy, buttery, and delicious. Now its dry and basically a glorified hand tossed. As far as I’m concerned I think it’s time to find a different pizza place.

I order here weakly and never have an issue. It took 35 minutes for 4 boneless wings and a personal pan and it was still made incorrectly. I had to wait for the correct wings and they didn’t even bother to keep the pizza warm in the process. The girls in the back are laughing and playing around the entire time I waited and wonder why things are getting made wrong. There is clearly no supervisor on shift at the moment and this wasted so much of my time and my money.
