The one and only “Drift Pigeon”
A few weeks ago I tried the old world fanceroni pepperoni and enjoyed it immensely. I ordered one again today and decided to add black olives to it. When I got home with my pizza it had half the pepperonis as last time and when I called to ask why, I was told by the manager that they were measured out for each pizza using a measuring cup. They must be using a different cup because the pizza from a couple weeks ago (pictured after eating several slices) has significantly more pepperonis than the one I got today (also pictured with the black olives). She said she would remake the pizza but would measure the pepperonis with the same cup, so it seemed pointless to go back. I won’t be ordering the old world again and I suggest that you do not either as you will be disappointed.

I went to the little Caesar’s on Reno and Douglas to order 2 pepperoni pizzas with the heart attack toppings and received my pizzas pretty quickly which was no problem to feed my 5 grandkids ages 1 to 15yrs for dinner after a very long day at work. The 1yr old met me at the door ready and waiting for his pizza but as I began serving the kids their pizza I began to realize there was no heart attack toppings on the pizza 1st strike, so that was the first disappointment with this business, so then after serving the kids the first pizza I decided to check the 2nd pizza to see if maybe they just made that mistake with the first pizza but to my surprise not only did they not add the heart attack (2nd strike) but the 2nd pizza wasn’t even sliced up just a whole round uncut pizza(3rd strike) Which I could’ve dealt with not getting the heart attack added, been there done that before, but for the last pizza to be uncut that was the icing on the cake so I called to file a complaint with the manager Carrie (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) but she said all she can do for me is remake the pizzas once I bring both pizzas back and this was after I explained that I had already served the cut pizza to my grandkids already so what pizza was I supposed to bring back ( was I supposed to take the pizza from the 1yr old and hope he understands? I was confused So I said it again, I had already served the cut pizza to the kids and all was left was the uncut pizza, so Carrie then says well that’s about all I can do for you once you bring the pizzas back (mind you she had told me in the beginning that SHE was in the back making the pizzas) so not only was she the one who messed up the order but she didn’t feel the need to make a mends for HER mistake like offering to replace the pizzas on another visit or give me my money back, I told her they already ate one and had to go to bed for school tomorrow so I can’t come back either, but she continued to be non chalant about the whole thing (and no before anyone claps back like I just wanted a free pizza no as I stated previously I’ve gotten pizzas with out the heart attack I ordered and didn’t complain at all, stuff happens, but the coldness of her response is what prompted me to write this review and seek to contact corporate because this was very terrible customer service and I tried to attach a photo but couldn’t figure out how to attach to this review

They either burn it or don’t cook it all the way . They have tried to fix my order and still didnt get it right. Smh . It Also, like 120 inside the building. The employees are suffering why are they still open then, that should be against the law. Heath department someone help them . Maybe the food will turn out better

We ordered a special and did not get what we ordered.We got a normal 5$ pepperoni and cheese when we ordered a specialty pizza with sausage on it and not only did they refuse to refund us our money. They refuse to send out the right pizza! every time we go here we have a problem or our pizzas always cold or Burnt or not what we ordered. I mean how can you mess up a pizza with 2 toppings? Obviously they find new ways to push us closer to not ordering from here anymore. And our family actually loves lil Caesar’s pizza (when made correct and freshly hot)

The place is filthy and staff doesnt comprehend much. Also WHY ARE YOU SERVING BURNT PIZZA!!!!? ordered a cheese pizza. BURNT to the point you canteven eat it. This AFTER HEARING the lady ask “why are all the pizzas burning!” Come on i already waited 35 mins. Now my kid doesnt have dinner like was planned. Plus everything bein filthy.

They definitely are pretty busy! Busier than most pizza places in the area! I go to this little caesars a few times a month because my children love the pizza, i get greeted by most the same people and they all have great customer service skills and seem to be trained properly. The wait times can be a little long and sometimes they dont have pizza in the hot n ready boxes, but i understand that it is not always in their control when that happens! My pizzas come fresh every time no complaints! Have never messed up my order even when i ordered 2 minutes before close and they still greeted me with a smile! My advice is to order before coming in and then come in at the estimated wait time, 9 times out of 10 my order is ready.
Will 100% keep going to this little caesars! Great food, great crew, great atmosphere overall!

I’m not sure what’s wrong with the person who takes the orders. They often have on headphones, but will ignore you even if they don’t have them on. They wore a dirty bandana over their face. Had keychains of some sort hanging off of her in multiple places. They’re rude and neglectful to say it nicely. I’m not sure if they even really work there or if their a transient that just made their way in off the streets. Not a good look.

Got exactly what we expected, we received the pizza and our sides within a reasonable amount of time considering it was made fresh for our order. Our food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we asked for. The staff was professional and courteous, especially Guenh. The management has to be doing something right their employees treat each other like family and do their job well. We will be returning again.

I’m a dasher. I have sensitive hands from being burned. I realized the lady was finishing my order I asked her if I could show her it was mine and give her the code just not stick it in the portal. She kept saying one minute, one minute. Then just disregarded everything I said. I burned my hand in the portal again. That lady needs to be let go before a lawsuit comes about
