Food was prepared OK, it’s a subway not a lot can go wrong. But service was REALLY slow. A manager should manage, not sweep floors while food is being prepared (slowly). It took 25 minutes to get a single sandwich made from the time we stood in line till I paid. There were 2 people in front of us. As a former Subway “Sandwich Artist” I know that if it takes longer than 5 minutes to make a sub… You are doing it wrong. And that was by myself in a shop, not with two in the assembly line.
Maybe it was a bad day, but it is what it is and that’s what I can say.

About what you would expect from a sub. Not over-stuffed, but the person who made ours put filling to both ends of the bread, which is important to me. I was using a coupon that came on a sheet in the mail. Three roast beef subs for just under 20 dollars including tax. Other coupons include two for $14.03 with tax, and buy a sub get chips and soda etc. I was well satisfied with the quality, but for full price I would just as well go to a local pizza place and get a hot cheese-steak sub.

No thanks. Employee wore gloves but wiped his nose three times with back of his hand while leaning over my foot long meatball. MAJOR red flag! What happens when CUSTOMER IS NOT LOOKING? NEVER GOING BACK!

Not really thrilled. Just picked up subs to bring home (a 20 minute ride) and got home to find that the sub rolls are hard as rocks. Just stinks because I’m not driving all the way back to town. Also, the young gentleman working there needs to be taught customer service skills. Never said hello, goodbye or offered receipt. Just left us standing and moved on to the next person and I had to interrupt the next customer to ask if I could reach around and get my own receipt that was still attached to the register. Never got stale bread there before. The management really needs to train people on pride in customer service.

I was told I could not have my order taken until employee finishes two mobile orders when i was the only person in the store. I waiting for over 10 minutes without even my order being taken.

Ashley refused to wait on my family bc she felt sick and didnt want us to catch it, but she didn’t have a problem serving the next family that came in. If she was that sick she shouldnt have been working with the food at all. Just rude and unprofessional behavior.

Ashley is the issue here. She’s a super annoying, loudmouth and very obnoxious. Always covers the sandwiches in pickles and too much sauce. She gets angry about having to make sandwiches and throws things and rolls her eyes. She seems lazy compared to the other hard working people there. If I see her I walk out.

I’m at Delhi rehab facility and my son ordered a meatball marinara sub for me delivered and never sent it and charged him 20 plus dollars this is unacceptable

It took awhile to be able to order because there was only 1 employee making subs and another of customers calling in orders. They really need a bigger space and more employees
