Ordered through Uber Eats the yesterday — food was really good, especially the Dal Makhani (honestly, one of the best I’ve had). But the service wasn’t great… no greeting when i came or left, and the packaging was way too full, which ended up making a mess in the car. Great taste, just wish the service and packing were better.

The portion sizes here are AMAZING, the dinner for 4 serves 6 people for at least 2 meals each. Can’t speak for authenticity, but every time I have had this it is delicious. We particularly love the Palak Chicken, and Matar Paneer! Have never dined in but the inside of the restaurant is always clean and sleek, may try sometime in the future!

I order from here quite a lot. Always take out. The lunch specials are an exceptionally good value as you get a non-vegetarian curry, a vegetarian, curry, rice, butter, naan, and two Pakora. And our favourite non-veg curry is the vindaloo I like the beef and the lamb. My husband likes the chicken. The naan is pretty good, although not the best I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend. So happy waterdown has a decent Indian restaurant.

The restaurant has a nondescript exterior but when you open the door you are embraced by curry aroma. You are greeted by an attentive waitress. Wait time for your food is minimal. Wonderful taste and ample amount. Priced very reasonably. We’ll be back!!

I have to say we had a fantastic ‘Take Away’ order recently from Indian Hut in Waterdown. I had previously picked up their ‘Dine In/Take Out/Catering’ Menu one day while I was shopping in the Waterdown plaza.
Navneet took our ‘in person’ order. We found her very helpful when suggesting what menu items she would recommend. We chose to wait in the restaurant, until our order was ready (25 minutes). Worth the wait 🙂
The quality of the ingredients used was top notch. The portions were very generous. So much so, we had enough food for two adults, for two main meals for two days!
We will most certainly be returning to Indian Hut to try more of their extensive selection of delicious options.
I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Just LOVE the food! Just moved from Toronto and we’re so happy to find a fantastic Indian restaurant! Whether you want mild or hot, they can accommodate your wishes. Love the curry and Jalfrezzi, my husband loves the Hakka. You won’t be disappointed

I went here with my kids for the first time today. My daughter and I really like Butter chicken and they found this place so they wanted to try some real authentic butter chicken, not the commercial version. They ended up getting the Butter Chicken Poutine. My son got the Beef Biryani. I got the Butter Chicken with rice and Butter Naan. O….M…G!!!! IT WAS AMAZING!!! Some of the best Butter chicken we have ever had, no joke! My son really enjoyed his meal as well. All the meat was tender and juicy, in big chuncks and there was lots of it. The pictures attached are of when we were done eating. My sons plate was basically overflowing, you can’t even tell he eat any when he was done. My daughter has another meal leftover. And I was so full at the end I wanted to burst! Looking at my plate of rice and bowl of chicken I felt like I hadn’t eaten a thing either. And then came the dessert cup….. Thankfully it wasn’t as big as the meal LMAO This place is a definite recommend!! The prices are good, the food is great and the service is awesome!

I love the restaurant, its feels so divine, the tables are so pretty (sparkles).
I hope well wishes to this restaurant.
The staff has really been very normal,
Nice folk. I have no concern from my experiences here with going in for my take-out.

Okay, I am impressed with the flavour of this restaurant’s food; bravo! Great variety of vegetarian and meat dishes. Pleasant customer service upon pickup. Every dish we had was full of flavour, meat was very tender and easily broken apart with a fork, spice wasn’t too overbearing (but there IS a bit of a ‘kick’ even with the ‘mild’ spice), samosas were fresh (dough was not hard/stale), and very generous portions of rice were given. Gave it a 4/5 because it was a bit pricey. Ordered the Dinner for Four and it came out to $76.83. Pictures posted.

Food is out of this world delicious. $15.99 each for two lunch specials (see picture, already partly eaten) and the variety and flavor are fantastic. The atmosphere is welcoming and fresh and everything was extremely clean. We came here because our usual Indian place was closed today, and thankfully it was because we’ve found our new place. 10/10.
