My wife and I were in South Charleston for several days and we stropped by this Chic-fil-A and was pleasantly surprised. We live in Oregon and have never eaten at a Chic-fil-A restaurant there so, this was our first time experience ever. Each time we ate there we were met by some of the kindest, most helpful, and attentive employees I’ve ever seen! When we placed our order we barely my it back to our table and the food was there, now that’s fast. The employees constantly move about the dining room checking on their customers needs. There names are Denver, David, Alexis, and Joy. These employees are what makes this restaurant stand out. We ate there 5 times in 15 days all inside dining except one trip in the drive thru. Each time they exceeded our expectations. I love their food choices and I don’t think you could go wrong with anything on their menu. If you’ve not eaten at a Chic-fil-A before, try this one, you wont be disappointed.

We were here Saturday September 6th at 7ish p.m. The dining room workers were very interactive with our baby, and treated us very nice! Specifically, we remember Denver coming over and having a conversation with us. But there was a woman and an older man as well. We just didn’t catch their names. Great food and counter service. They even gave us a cow doll as our son was playing with the one on the front desk.

I would like to personally thank Faith and Josh from this store they were AMAZING! ❤️ I had completely forgotten to hit order on my catering order for my baby shower I called to ask if I could just pick up a few boxes of the chicken nuggets but they said they could still do the catering order an HOUR before my baby shower! They went absolutely above and beyond and I’m so thankful! You guys are fantastic! Even the woman at the check out was so sweet and helped me pay for the order, they took the boxes to the car for me since I’m heavily pregnant, it was so sweet! Can not brag on them enough!

Always the best fast food with super friendly service, a clean restaurant, and tasty chicken and waffle fries, shakes, and ice cream. Closed Sundays as a day of worship, rest, and family. You can never go wrong with Chic-Fil-A. Family and kid friendly. Seniors, too!

I went last week and they did not give me any sauce with my order although I had asked for 6 (given that there were 3 meals thats a reasonable amount). I chalked that up to just being an honest mistake, but today, I was shorted a WHOLE sandwich. I don’t like leaving reviews, but to pay for something and not get what was ordered on numerous occasions, I’m good on that. Unfortunate, because every Chick Fil A I’ve been to is typically great.

Consistent Chicken
What can I say that others haven’t already said. Nothing. Fresh, hot, and good chicken serve with a smile in a clean dining room. My chicken tenders with moist, hot, and exactly what I’ve been craving. My tray was bused and I was brought a drink refill.
I’ll add that was at 9:45pm and they stayed open until 10pm as advertised.

I usually love Chick-fil-A, so I’m sad to leave this review, but I went yesterday and redeemed my birthday sandwich and purchased a cookie. The spicy deluxe without cheese that I ordered had such a soggy breading that it was sliding off the chicken and the tomatoes chosen for my sandwich were very slimy. I’m not certain if it had just sat too long or what and sadly, the cookie I ordered was hard which has never happened. Just overall a very disappointing visit and I doubt I’ll go again anytime soon.

I placed my order through the app and went and did curbside pickup. It took a little longer than usual to come out (it disappeared within the app as well). When a worker was out I caught her attention to ask about my order and she checked on it and it was out right after that.
I ordered the market salad with nuggets and macaroni and cheese and requested burnt cheese, a cookie and a lemonade with white ice. Usually I always have everything correct on my order but when I arrived home I had a salad that had grilled chicken. Everything else was correct on my order. I did call and ask about the salad because I really was wanting fried chicken because I usually do grilled. The lady that I talked to was very kind and said that it would be corrected within the app for the problem on this visit so that was nice that they took care of that.
The market salad is my favorite because it has the fresh fruit in it and the blue cheese crumples with the almonds so it’s always good. I love that they looked at my note and completed the burnt cheese on my macaroni and cheese. Not a big fan of the cookie. I’ll skip that next time.
UPDATE – the salad was never corrected through the app and nothing was done at the store either. Not like them to not correct it but disappointing since it’s not what I ordered.
