The portioning is terrible. At other stores, they are struggling to close the lid. Not with this store. They portion like the money is coming out of their own pockets. They are scamming you in front of your eyes. I ordered a burrito, and after putting a few pieces of each thing I asked for, the worker proceeded to wrap my burrito, and squeezed out some more of what little was there and swiped it onto the floor. He could have at least left it in the aluminum foil! Needless to say, I will not be taking my business here again. Instead, I recommend heading over to the one by Auto Mall next to FedEx. Their portions are reasonable and can feed me sufficiently. This isn’t a rare occurance either. I ordered online one time before from the same store. Again, I went to bed hungry that night.

This defaces the brand name of Chipotle, since this store could be the first Chipotle people ever go to. They will see these terrible portions and think all other Chipotles are also this stingy. I also saw many people in line who looked excited to try Chipotle for the first time. I really feel for them because their first experience at a good food chain is this crap.
TL:DR Don’t go here. Bad portions.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Chipotle and have ordered from this location multiple times. Recently, I’ve noticed that the portion sizes have consistently gotten smaller compared to previous orders. This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s been happening repeatedly.

When I raised the concern with the store employees, they denied that anything had changed, despite the obvious difference in volume. That response was disappointing, especially for a place known for consistent portions and value.

I enjoy Chipotle and would like to continue ordering from this location, but the reduced portions and lack of acknowledgment make it hard to justify the price. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore consistency and transparency.

This was my first time ordering for my kids. I initially ordered two burritos with sour cream, pinto beans, and fajita vegetables, but they were extremely spicy and my kids couldn’t eat them at all.
I then placed a second order, this time very simple—chicken, sour cream, cheese, and black beans only, with no fajita vegetables. Unfortunately, that burrito was also spicy.

To the Fremont manager: could you please explain why the burritos were still spicy? Did I accidentally add something incorrectly?
We’re very disappointed because my kids love Chipotle, but the food was too spicy for them to handle.

I was not satisfied with my experience at this Chipotle location. One of the older employees displayed rude behavior, not only toward us but also toward a co-worker. When a customer asks for extra items like cheese, it is inappropriate to make faces, especially since the customer is paying for the additional food. One of the another employee I think he is trainee but his work really well done. The old guy should be trained in proper customer service, professionalism, and greeting customers respectfully.

This was hands down the weirdest and most uncomfortable Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.
Right before taking my order, the new hire asked me if I wanted him to remove his gloves and put on new ones which was strange because I assume proper food safety training should already cover that. It immediately set an awkward tone.
He left my burrito tortilla sitting in the heating rack for several seconds while asking basic questions, then served ridiculously small portions of everything. I had to keep asking for a little more, which felt uncomfortable and excessive. I’m not sure if this was part of training, but it was not handled well.
When it came time to fold the burrito, everything spilled out. While this was happening, he kept asking for validation that he was “doing a good job,” which… he wasn’t. It ended up taking three employees to try to fold one burrito, and it still came out as a hot mess. Completely unappetizing.
To make things worse, another trainee froze entirely when my partner asked for a double-wrapped burrito. He put the chicken in and then just stood there, not knowing what to do next.
The trainee who messed up my burrito then abandoned it and started a whole new order, making the entire interaction painfully awkward. Despite receiving a messy, poorly made burrito, I was still charged full price though they did throw in a free guac queso dip.
Overall, chaotic, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Training clearly isn’t being supervised properly at this location.
Definitely will not be coming back.

Worst chipotle in history. The “GM” claims to own this store but doesn’t speak any English? Gives free soda to homeless but has an issue giving hard working PAYING customers ice? Get over yourself Catherine. Have the day you deserve. Do NOT overpay for this white washed Mexican food w there half ass portions

I’m not a regular at this location but I hope the manager or someone who can help make changes will see this. 700pm, dinner time, and crowded. They didn’t have enough food prepared to keep up with the crowd. Those that where trying to help serve didn’t know what portions to dish out. Too little rice, sooo much black beans, massive amount of sour cream and gave me the wrong protein. Plus the chips were stale. Oh well, I didn’t much care but it was quite chaotic and unorganized in the kitchen. They need help.

Smallest portion so far. I hope they get rewards by randomly serving smallest portion!

Policy mentions 4 ounces for the meat he was slim and the brown rice was out , so I couldn’t add that to my order unless I wanted to wait 5-10 mins . So I order black beans chicken , sour cream and pico . For the price I could have went else where and now I know I will next time . If you check out the pictures you can see the bowls they are preparing for other customers are full .

I never really post reviews unless something is really annoying or terrible. No one said hi to me. She was just looking at me really weird until I ordered and she kept rolling her eyes. I don’t know what her issue was. And I told her I wanted lettuce and she rolled her eyes and walked away to the back to get some lettuce and I was confused if she was even getting it or not, and then when I went to check out with another woman I paid and she handed me the food, but she didn’t say anything so I didn’t even know if the card went through so I was just standing there looking stupid. Very weird experience. I think they need a new manager to train them the most very very basic customer service.
