I ordered carry-out (wings and pizza), I was looking for someone quick and affordable that day. My total cost was $20.09, which wasn’t too bad with their carry-out deal. Total time it took after placing my order was about 10/15 minutes.
I asked for crushed peppers and parmesan, they wanted to charge me a $1.00 each for a small packet—that’s absurd. My wings didn’t come with any sauce, and the quality was questionable. My pizza, I could literally pick up the whole pie bc these workers don’t know how to do their jobs correctly.
Back in the days, people used to take pride in their work, now it’s depressing seeing the food industry go to crap bc collecting a paycheck is more important than providing quality service that you’re paid to do.
Winco pizza is cheaper, and 10x better—don’t waste your hard earned money on a corporate greed.

Very sad to be posting this. Dominos has always been our quick dinner go to. Tonight I wanted an easy dinner for the family so I ordered online as I have done for the last 3 years and 30 minutes later after the tracker said it was cooked and ready I was notified by email that my order was cancelled. I called and spoke to Greg who was very kind and tried to explain it all to me but shared it was confusing to him also as I have ordered several times from that store to my address over the last 3 years. Ended up speaking to Matt the new GM who said it was my problem to figure out and needed to call the Hazel Dell store. I respectfully explained that his customer service needed work based on how he spoke to me and shared how kind Greg was. At the end of the day it’s pizza… but kindness goes a long way. I went online to try to order from the other store but my address automatically updates to their store so I called back to share that information. I am disappointed in how Matt handled the evening and I hope he learns from this. Some training may be needed.

I have ordered from this location multiple times, and unfortunately this is not the first time my order has been incorrectly delivered. During my most recent order, I was missing 2 major items I paid for and did not receive a refund or resolution.
I attempted to contact the store by phone several times, but was unable to reach anyone. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly experience delivery issues without any way to communicate with management or receive proper customer service.
I hope this location takes steps to improve order accuracy and responsiveness, as this has been a very disappointing experience.

I my Domino’s Pizza on Fourth plain play the Walmart grocery store in Grand! My foods always cook just as I’ve ordered it. The employees are always smiling and so nice and then managers super sweet I always enjoy tipping to St Jude to round off my payment and if you haven’t been to this location you should try it because everybody’s super super nice! If they have made an error on your order they are quick to take care of it and that’s what I love about this Domino’s they’re very people friendly! Thank you to all the employees and the management staff for always making my dinner so perfect!

So tonight I ordered a 14 inch hand toss pizza no original sauce added garlic parm sauce ham an extra pineapple. When I got home and opened a box the pizza had looked fine at first. But unfortunately when I picked up a slice of pizza they had incorrectly made my order. They had ended up making it a thin crust. There is also a large amount of grease in the box. When I called to let them know they said they will be sending me out a coupon for a pizza And a soda. I will update once the coupon comes in the mail.

I’ve been ordering from this location for years, and it’s always been good. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but my cheesy bacon tots were severely burned; Don’t get me wrong, I like crispy tots, but wow, they fell apart trying to pull them apart. And why is there ranch on them? I didn’t order that.
The pie was fine but more greasy than usual. I don’t think I’ll go to this location anymore. There are better pizzas in Vancouver.
