Horrible food & presentation! Ordered from Skip the dishes, and egg was cooked and put on the top instead cut and part of noodles & rice. Too much garlic in the fried rice, and noodles had too much black pepper. Don’t bother ordering from this place if you like your spice palette.

Wow! When I go to heaven Royal Cumin is coming with me! Burlingtons hidden gem! The spices are amazing and fragrant in all the dishes. The onion bajhi are moist, fresh and not dry. The chicken corma had white pieces so large you need a knife for these babies. The cumin rice flaky, moist and a perfect blend of spice. The naan bread is a perfect texture and buttery. You owe it to yourself to treat yourself and order from this excellent Indian Hakka restaurant.

I had the Amritsari Fish Tikka and the Non-vegetarian Meal Box which was a LOT for one person. They also serve Kingfisher beer which added to the good experience with Nostalgia!
The owner, Sameer was very nice too and seemed like a hardworking and positive person

One of the best Indian food spots in Burlington! I ordered the chicken biryani and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked rice, great aroma, and amazing flavor. You can really tell they put effort into the quality of their food.
I also picked up a tiffin from them and was very impressed. Fresh, homestyle, and satisfying. If you’re craving authentic Indian food, Royal Cumin is definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!

If you ever wondered what raw dough tastes like, try the Veg Manchuria here. The Chicken Lollipop? Let’s just say I’ve had better in my nightmares. The Garlic Naan was so thick, I considered using it as a quilt. Paneer curry was the only one that didn’t offend me, and the Egg Fried Rice was the lone warrior that saved the meal. Shoutout to the sweet waitress who probably deserves a raise for dealing with complaints all day—she even gave us Gulab Jamun on the house, possibly as an apology. 2 stars: one for the rice, one for her..!

Even on a busy Sunday, Anuj Sahwal, the owner, went above and beyond. He helped us plan a killer menu, found an extra helper last minute, and made sure everything was perfect.

I would like to express my huge thanks to @Anuj for the wonderful food that he prepared for us for our baby shower event. We catered food for 40 people for gathering at our home. We have been ordering food from him past 2-3 years and royal Cumin is our go to place always. He listens carefully to your needs and prepares accordingly. Our Menu included all of the vegetarian options and I would say he didn’t disappoint us. I would definitely recommend this place.
Note: I am writing this review for the first time since I thought it would be nice to thank him after all these wonderful years.
