Researched best pizza in Naples. Palumbo’s Pizza came up highly rated. Ordered the classic supreme. Topside ingredients were solid, however, minimal cheese.
Crust was soggy and brunt (see photo below). When I went to leave feedback on the website by selecting a thumbs down all I got were three blue flashing bubbles and no opportunity to leave comments. Tried a couple of different times.
I proceed to select thumbs up and the outcome was encouragement to tell the internet! So you select thumbs up and you can tell the internet, you select thumbs down and you are cancelled. Disappointing!

I’ve eaten here multiple times now when I come down. Very good! Very consistent! I’ve dined in and done take out also. Get there before the dinner crowd as this place is popular! Friendly people and the best Italian I’ve had in Naples!! Thanks!

I was looking for a new pizza place and read the prior reviews. I decided to try it but skeptical. Well… any review that’s less than 5 stars is now debunked!
Pizza was perfectly cooked [thin + crunchy] and balanced with the right amount of ingredients. House salad was crisp and I really liked the Italian dressing [wish it was just a little thicker ].
Service was great. I got there a little early [~5pm] and by 545, the place was packed!
I will 100% be coming back and encourage you to try out Palumbo’s!!

The absolute best airy light crisp pizza dough! I almost didn’t want to leave a review to not broadcast to everyone just how phenomenal this pizza shop is! Of course the owners are from Northern NJ, that’s why the pizza is so darn delicious here! Highly recommend their pizzas without hesitation, you won’t be disappointed!

This is hands down one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Naples, if not the best. I always get the cheese, thin-style pizza, and it’s perfect every time. The eggplant rollatini and chocolate-covered cannoli are also amazing. They have Italian beer, which is a nice touch.
The ambiance is great—cozy, small, but modern and super clean. The service is incredible, and there’s a gentleman (maybe the owner?) who’s always so warm and takes great care of everyone.
Honestly, I’d recommend anything on the menu. And if you’re watching your budget, the prices are just as good as the food.

I love this pizzeria! As an avid pizza lover, their thin crust is top notch. Without toppings, it’s a perfect example of an authentic orange slice pie. I have to refrain from eating an entire pie by myself.
Also the staff are friendly and consistent and the owner is very pleasant to talk to. One time after a great conversation he threw in a free dessert with my order!
If you’re in the stock plaza/east Naples area, definitely pick up some pizza, or a dessert. The cannolis are generous and the tiramisu is light yet satiating!

Great pizza. Thin crust, perfect amounts of cheese and sauce.

Palumbo’s Pizzeria offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere with service that truly goes above and beyond. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. However, the food, while fresh and well-prepared, did not meet the same high standard. The calzone I ordered was serviceable and fresh but lacked a distinctive flavor. Similarly, the spaghetti and meatballs were served hot and fresh but fell short in terms of taste, leaving much to be desired in terms of seasoning and richness. The garlic knots were decent but not particularly memorable. In summary, while Palumbo’s Pizzeria excels in customer service and offers a friendly environment, the food needs improvement in flavor to match the quality of the service provided.

Sadly to say this used to be our favorite pizza. We ordered ahead of time, Canadian bacon and pineapple (Hawaiian) when it came it was crumbled bacon, I asked our waitress dont you have Canadian bacon anymore? She said “I’ve only been here 2 months “ and walked away. when she walked by again I said I KNOW we have had Hawaiian pizza here before, she shrugged her shoulders. Went to counter and told check out young man what happened and he replied “I’m sorry, $35.98”. I said for the wrong pizza? Again he said I’m sorry. I asked if he would even relay the mesage to the manager, he said yes.

28.00 for a pizza with no cheese? I hail from NJ and this pizza did not rate. I ordered a veggie pizza and tbe pizza was very thin and I could not find any cheese or sauce. I am disappointed and will not be ordering again.
