What can I say. Sometimes you just gotta have a flamed broiled Whopper (with cheese). There is something about that flavor. This Whopper was great. I asked that they hold the pickles and mayo, and they did. The burger was fresh, the bun was not flatten or shriveled up. I ate the burger in my car so I can’t comment on the inside of the restaurant. When the urge hits again I’ll definitely be heading to this restaurant.

The whoppers are always a hit for me at this location they always do a good job. The fries however are always cold. And please don’t ever get the jalapeno popers, because they’re just batter, has nothing is inside. it’s all been fried out it’s terrible.

Dirty inside and weird cramped parking ️ outside, the atmosphere here is TRASH ️ !!!!
They ran out of biscuits so I ordered my breakfast twofer on croissants (Which are always soggy and smashed!)
Then they undercooked the sausage, thinking they were doing me a favor…
That’s not the case, Tho, as I ended up with food poisoning a few hours later…
Burger King in, general, is barely ahead of Jack in the Box in Quality and I have no problem NEVER EATING THEIR ALLEGED FOOD AGAIN!!!
Sorry for the intensity, but this wasn’t the first time I had stomach issues after eating their offerings…
In closing, Don’t Eat there, as it’s definitely hazardous to Ur Health

The Philly hamburger is gross! It was bad enough I got charged for a drink i never recieved because the drive thru lady kept getting confused about me just trying to add a cherry freeze to my order but after the crappy service in the thru of course everything was cold but the worst part was the food was just thrown together and Hella messy and gross. There was hardly any peppers or onions on it and what was on it was sliding out the bottom with the rest of the burger. The sauce taste gross too. needless to say I am not a fan of the Philly burger or of Burger King in general anymore. The last few times I’ve gone I’ve regretted it so I’ll be skipping next time. ☹️

Was 1st in line at the drive in this morning. No one behind me. After ordering, no receipt given, asked to wait in front
Waited 20-minutes and the manager asked if we had our receipt. My wife repeated our order. We 1st in line. 20 minutes later 7 cars were waiting. Terrible management. She stated that they don’t like their ticket times to show actual times. She went back in.and demanded a refund and she made me another 10 minutes to spite me. Never going back to that store AGAIN!

Horrible service, woman was rude over the headset in the drive thru. Had my food sitting on the counter for well over 15 minutes when we got it, all the food was cold. I’m extremely disappointed is the customer service skills of the employee on the window.

If you are paying with cash as a walk in good luck. Employees ignore you and order doesn’t come up on their screen until you pay.Waited 10 minutes to pay . I guess customer service went out the door when they installed the kiosk for you to take your own order.

Went through the drive-thru and we went through our usual shpiel all was normal. Once I got to the window same thing the usual but then she asked me “Hows your day?” I said meh and the drive-thru lady says “Hold on” and proceeds to hand me a crown LMAOOO hell yea!! I know it’s a small gesture but its the thought that counts, she didn’t have to do that but she did.

Came in late on a Sunday. Dining room was empty, but service was ok, got the food quick enough, and it all tasted good. The floor looked like it needed a good mopping, but otherwise everything looked clean. A lot of bad reviews here, but my experience was good. Hope they can turn things around.
