I prefer cold brews due to the low acidity/sourness compared to other coffees – and have tried a lot as a result. You have to try Joe’s 15-hour drip – it’s maybe the smoothest cold brew I’ve ever had and is a real treat. Also fun looking through the imported canned coffees he’s brought in from Japan!
