All the food was freshly made and delivered quickly. Almost zero wait time when we went. The burger was absolutely amazing and the fries were very crisp. We had a second order of loaded fries with the extra patty option. Great flavors and the fries kept their crunch. More people should really hit this place up. Currently it’s just a food truck outside their building as they are waiting for renovations to finish.

A little disappointed but was excited to try a local food joint. I I will say the people were super nice. We got the New Mexico loaded Fries which were pretty good but lacked toppings, they looked better before I stirred them up but I was trying to find the beans …there were very few and the toppings were only on the top layer leaving a bunch of plain fries … for the price I would’ve liked to see a lot more toppings, especially beans. I got the #8 smash burger/the hangover…so excited to try something new but sad to see 2 little pieces of bacon, my grilled onions were burnt to thin black slivers and I wish there had been maple syrup on it as advertised I craved the sweet and savory so waited to finish until I got home and put some maple syrup on and will say the combo is great but their description sounded better than it was actually served. . My husband got the #7smash burger which was good. I will say the portion size of the burgers and fries was great. I will go back because we all have off days in the kitchen. Support local. Hope they get their brick and mortar ready soon because the summers are hot… come on Landlord… take care of your tenants so the can open the doors and surely fill every table!

Visited this establishment today and was very impressed with the quality we got from such a small food truck. First of customer service was excellent, the girl working took her time to explain all menu items and made sure we were getting what we wanted. French fries were very nice and crispy out the outside but smooth on the inside. The burger itself was great, very nicely seasoned and taste was very good. The only two critique I have is that the burger and fries barely had any sauce even though we ordered animal style fries and same for the burger. Second thing is that there are no tables and chairs for customers to sit down and wait which I think would be a great addition down the road. Again great place with great food options and quality and phenomenal customer service, keep up the good work guys. Would definitely recommend.

Unique flavor and style of cooking… In my opinion it is a collaboration of northern and southern California comfort food… A play on Mexican inspired cuisine and food truck favorites… I give them a ten out of ten on flavor and presentation… I also look forward to trying the rest of their menu items…

The bun was the perfect size, pattys not greasy so the hamburger stayed together throughout the whole experience(yes experience).
Deputy needs a raise to Sherrif. Great job, great food. About 25 bucks for 2 meals, very worth it. Thank you for the amazing food!

During my recent visit, I ordered a plain smash burger with cheese, grilled onions, and a side of fries. Let me start with the fries: I was genuinely impressed by the cut they use—crispy, golden, and well-seasoned. They also offer a “deputy sauce” for dipping, which leans on the sweeter side. Personally, I would have appreciated an additional sauce option, maybe something more savory or with a bit more salt, to create a better balance. Still, the fries themselves were a highlight and definitely earned points in my book.
As for the burger, I found it to be a bit of a letdown. While the texture was perfect for a smash burger, the patty was unfortunately quite dry and lacked flavor. It seemed like it may have been pressed a little too much on the grill, which dried out the meat. That was disappointing, as I was hoping for a juicier, more flavorful bite.
Despite this, I’m willing to give them another shot—everyone has an off day, and I’m curious to see if my next experience will be better. I’ll definitely be back to see if things improve!

Only available at the Mesilla Valley Mall right now. After a hard decision, between their bacon wrapped dawg, smash burger, or specialty fries I went with the fireworks burger with regular fries to go. I got home to an amazing burger, and crispy fries. I will be returning.

Was excited for this place to open. Ordered the elote fries, and they put stale Cheeto puffs on top of my fries, and the flavors were all over the place. Also not enough sauce to hold the fries together. Kinda disappointed
