This place always has the nicest staff. The girl that wears eccentric makeup was so friendly & kind that even at the end when she asked me if I wanted to add fresh baked cookies, I couldn’t say no lol. The food is always delicious. It’s clean & They had some nice music playing too while I waited on the food. I love stopping in here!

Don’t let the pictures fool you, but my food was great. I got cheese steak with artichoke hearts and spicy brown mustard. Everything looks mashed together and the same color. When the fries are hot they’re very tasty. Customer service was above average.

My partner and I hadn’t eaten anything much after a funeral and we felt bad about coming in so late but the staff were great about assisting us and making sure our sandwiches were tasty. The overall restaurant looked impeccable too. Very clean. Thank you to the staff here!

Pick up oders are always atleast 5 to 10 minutes behind. Yall should call your rueban sandwhich a sourcraut sandwhich because thats all that was on it. One piece of fatty corn beef and alot of craut! Do better!

This trash manager Guadalupe decided we apparently came in way too close to closing even though our food was made and we were gone by 10. Attitude through and through. I ordered fries and she purposely didn’t ring them up. My bfs sandwich had barely anything on it and mine was covered in salt and tomatoes. Absolutely disgusting. I asked for her name and she refused but it’s on the receipt and she said I can come back tomorrow for her manager and I said she didn’t need to be working with the public and she then whipped out her phone and said we threatened her and she was calling the police. Lol so insane. All that for what? Never again. That place is so trashy.

So me and my wife stopped here for lunch today. She got the chicken teriyaki sandwich. It had chunks of chewy chicken fat and vein peices on it. Also had almost no teriyaki sauce on the sandwich. We never have an issue like this at the avon location. I don’t know if the cook didn’t see it or just didn’t care. We won’t be back.

I placed an online order at this location on April 2, 2024 and I was supposed to receive a grilled club. However when my husband came home with the bag and I opened the sandwich up it was a Philly when I called the store to explain the staff was rude, and were completely convinced that they gave the right order , however they also mentioned that there were two Kayla’s that ordered at the same time they put the club sticker on my sandwich however it was not a club so obviously the staff mixed up both sandwiches. It’s upsetting I pay almost $20 for a meal there and I can’t even be right especially in this economy. While the staff offered to remake the sandwich, I declined because I am not going to drive 20 minutes back up to the store just to get a replacement sandwich. I’d also like to mention the quality of the fries were not great. They were all smashed and broken up and were slightly soggy. I don’t even like Philly sandwiches and had to throw the entire meal away and didn’t get to enjoy one bit of it. Also please see picture as proof that I received a Philly and not a club.
