I have been getting subs from Deangelo’s since I was young. I have given this location multiple tries, but there is always problem. This last time really bothered me. I got out of work late, so I ordered a cheeseburger sub online. At home, I opened the burger, and it was so burnt and nasty. I couldn’t understand why a cook would serve it. Fair to say I went to bed hangry.

I’ve eaten countless buffalo chicken wraps/subs in my life and this monstrosity easily had 5x the amount of sauce making it more of a soup that I’d imagine very few people would actually enjoy.. also, sad amount of chicken and poorly wrapped. Total waste of near $13

I have been going to the store in Dennis MA since they opened it always got the Steak sub. Best.
This time I tried the Italian.
Should have checked it at store.
Got home no lettuce no onions ( ordred 2 times)
Meat placed in one area.

We recently visited-7/8 (9pm) your restaurant with a group of 8 adults and 8 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the food—especially the sandwiches, which were fresh and flavorful. The overall quality was excellent, and I would gladly recommend your establishment based on the dining experience alone.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding how the closing procedures were handled during our visit. While the adults had finished dining around 9:45 PM and stepped outside to the patio to avoid disrupting the staff, the children were still finishing their meals inside. Without any prior notice, the manager on duty, John, turned off the lights and closed the doors. One of the children was still in the restroom at the time, which caused considerable confusion and distress among the group.
We understand that staff may be eager to close after a long day, but we believe this situation could have been handled more thoughtfully. A simple courtesy notice about the store’s closing time would have allowed us to wrap up our visit in an orderly and respectful manner.
We hope you will take this feedback constructively and consider implementing a more guest-friendly approach to closing procedures in the future—especially when children are involved.

I have been a frequent diner of D’Angelo for 50 years. This particular franchise is the closest to me now so I don’t come very often(15 miles at least). The man that waited on me today and before has 0 public relations skills. The pocket(#9 steak) I ordered tasted great but had maybe half the ingredients it should have. I didn’t open it until I got back to my shop. I’m not a big person but a medium pocket should have filled me. Still hungry

This location is fine. I ordered pick up through DoorDash, but they seem to always be a couple minutes behind. If they can learn to pick up the pace and make it seem less boring inside the location, then maybe they’d get more foot traffic.

Was a delivery order via their app. The rewards I get from using the app.. are using the app 2 or 3 times, I received a $10.00 off my order reward. U have to sign up for the rewards program and I think they might also be applied at Papa Gino’s. Not 100% sure about that. They do a great job no matter the weather. We have lots of that road work going

Got the steak number 9 by recommendation of a customer in line. Not a bad cheese steak- comes with the standard green peppers, onions etc. Not very flavorful as I have had in other places. Will try something different next time and see how it goes.
