I stopped by Starbucks this morning to grab a tea. The drive thru line was pretty long and the store was empty so I figured I’d run in, bad idea! I went in and stood at the register and was told I’ll be with you in a minute okay, cool. I continued to stand there patiently waiting and watching 5 baristas work so hard on clearing the drive thru line. Megan finally left the drive thru window and came over to take my order (thanks again Megan). I didn’t have the best experience. I am a barista at a coffee shop myself and I understand how hectic it can be, but we also have to take care of the customers that come in the store. There is no reason with 5 workers I should have had to wait even place my order.

Definitely didn’t listen and gave me the wrong coffee.. so I spent 8$ for something that taste like garbage. Also I just spit out a bug (lady bug to be exact)

I love this Starbucks. They always make my Brown sg oatmilk espresso w/cold foam so good. I’ve had the blues lately and especially today. I really needed to hear this. Thank you for little moments of comfort. Through coffee or words of encouragement!
