James was an amazing server. Consistently checking to see if we needed anything. While making friendly conversation. I loved our experience here. We bought drinks (my wei, lycheetini, appetizers (spicy cucumbers, xo calamari.) and entrees (wagyu frites, and xo fried rice) everything was AMAZING 10/10. The experience and flavor was top notch. I would come here with friends, partners, or family, One of the best experiences in the Boston area.

Everything we ordered was really good. The noodles were flavorful and cooked perfectly, the tacos were crispy and packed with meat, and the chicken was super crispy with great sauce and heat. Portions were solid and everything came out fast and looking/tasting great. No complaints at all, would definitely come back.

We went last night, our serve Lina was attentive and friendly. We got fresh plates and napkins between every course.
We got 4 apps, and entree, dessert and 3 mocktails. Delicious!
The steak and garlic noodle special was great and the wing special too! I loved the bao buns and my fiancé loved the ribs! But everything would order again!

The food was delicious. My favorites were the salt and pepper chicken and the mango mayo shrimp. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly, including the drinks and any requests we had. The service was excellent from start to finish. Our server, London, was very kind, gave great recommendations, and always checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She was very attentive and made the experience even better. The atmosphere was great, and overall we had a wonderful time. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others.

This was an interesting experience. The staff here were very friendly. The food was delicious. I didn’t care for the gangster rap playing on the speakers (ex: rapping about how they like to please men in detail). The food presentation was on point. There is plenty of parking outside in the huge shared lot. The Halloween decorations were really cool. The cement walls are certainly a look. The special drinks were really neat.

We went two of us tonight for dinner: reservation @ 7pm, inmediate sit down. Janes our host simply The Best: knowledgeable, personable, frienfly, professional: you name it. Drinks exquisite: Cloud Espresso Martini and The Influencer!! Cloud platter for appetizer delicious and Steak fried rice, Fire Street Noodles so flavorful!! It’s an amazing place.

Came to Cloud for my mother’s birthday and everything was elite—from the reservation process to being seated right on time. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. We had the best server, Dante, and I highly recommend him. 10/10 experience and will definitely request him again.

So this isn’t my first time at cloud but I trust my instincts and go to a place at least twice before offering opinions !
On a regular day ratings would’ve been 5 out of 5 but this was not the case ; this visit occurred a week before Christmas. Cloud was closed until 10 PM due to a business holiday party( no problem but) there was no way of securing a spot at 10 instead it was a rat race to acquire seating. The space is already small and with the overspill of the business party it was crowded. I was mainly disheartened about the fried rice ,the effort was non existent and when expressed Dequan brushed it off as “that’s how it’s made”
I knew better but understood the circumstances, but when the paella came out to the expectation of the fried rice I couldn’t help but need to say
Fried rice is FIREEEE but beware if it is busy . Shrimp bao bun – amazing and the Paella was great but even better if you are into mussels
Look at the photos and go !
Also the influencer drink is the one you want to get to post on socials , may have seen it on tik tok or instagram !

I went for the first time to check out the Halloween decorations and specials, and I was really impressed! The food was outstanding — the mussels with curry sauce, dumplings, and noodles were all packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Every dish was beautifully garnished and well presented.
The drinks were also spot on — great balance and creativity, with a nice variety to choose from. Service was excellent from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

Came in to celebrate a birthday and had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Dante! He was attentive, kind, and super friendly, and his menu suggestions were on point. He made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The food was great too, which topped everything off. If you come here, definitely ask for Dante!
